Purchased Double door refrigerator .after one year of purchase started facing water leakage in the fridge.

3- complaint lodged for water leakage. resolved for 10 days then again same problem started.

I had been ti bangalore jaynagar 3rd block service centre to get my samsung j7 phone to get repaired. It was worst bitter experience to me. Firstly they don't speak the local language. The staff were non-coperative, arguing. They could not even find out what was the problem with the phone. Even they had a problem with the purchase bill as it was with in the warranty. Is this the way to treat a customer at service centre. I really need a answer...

Buy a samsung refrigerator from sales emporium electrocity joramandir. Deliver scarth door product.. Already 5days left nothing done by delaer and company... Just waist my money waist my time... I had bought Samsung Refrigerator RT56K6378SL on 1/5/2016. Due to high vacuum pressure fridge door is not opening and its taking huge time and lot of pressure. Since last week doing followup with customer care but no proper response is their. Service engineer are only doing phone communication and asking for the money to change the door handle but not resolving the vacuum issue. Please Look in to the matter....

I have purchased S6 edge and got the problem in display of of my phone.I.e getting pink line in display.As it was in warranty samsung customer care executive repaired it it and returned me.

But now after few month I am getting same problem of Pink line in my phone''s Display.

I made several complaints to Samsung customer care services reg. problem of not cooling by 1 ton Split A.C. installed in a room size 7'X9 ' purchased on 22/05/2012. A.C. model no. AS122UGFNSTL SL. NO. E145PPIC102406J purchsed from "Spencer" at Lekhraj complex, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, but the problem is still not resolved by samsung service deptt. Im surrender my handset with Bill no. [protected] on 21 March 2017 with the issue of Battery after taking many followup through consumer forum Samsung after I get replacement of New handset on 26/04/2017 by using that handset Im facing issue in Line in display by using in 8 days.

but this line growing after day by day so I surrender my handset to service center on 10/05/2017 with bill no. [protected]....

I punched j7 pro handset. After some days its speaker sound get low so i go to the service center he was done servicing and at the same day at night mobile get totally discharge and heated too much...

Just yesterday, our replacement refrigerator was delivered to our home.

Today afternoon, there was a loud blast in the refrigerator section of the fridge and upon opening it, it was found that the glass tray in it has blasted. There are glass splinters all across the refrigerator.

THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! If the fridge model...

1] Since its purchase i regularly i keep visting your service centre in sector-3 Noida for one fault or the other &every time they keep on changing the software &says that now it is working.
2] In view of getting fault at regular intervals, I prefer to extend my warranty by paying fee for the extended period.
3] From your records you will that now after 10 to 15 days.I again complaint to visit service centre with problem like...

My mobile is not working which i purchased 9 months back. I went to the ultadanga samsung service centre to get it repaired only to be informed that audit is going on and we are not entertaining any complaints.. So come after two days.in todays world, how can one stay without using a mobile which is a basic source of communication. Before taking my new cell A7 2016 i visited to service centre asking about screen mirroring, one of the service cenyre person was u can activate. Because...

I had made the payment of rupees 16500/- for a mobile phone at a samsung outlet at gip mall noida. Though the color of mobile was not of my choice i refused to take it.. So the executive on the counter had void the above payment at the same time.

Today is 11 may but the above payment still not credited bàck in my account. I had also made written complaints to samsung customer care many times but still there is no resolution....
