Complaint lodged saturday dated last week of 26th march 2017. Monday service engineer visited and advised for component check and needy action. He took time to. Complete the action. Meanwhile. We have shifted house and. Informef the same with service engineer to complete the servicing. While anticipating the same guy to attend the complain his representative visited and reported pnb boards must have failed hence he took them along got it...

I have purchased one led 42 samsung 4335100 on 8/9/2016 from reliance digital store lucknow vude invoice no. Txn#6 dated 8.9.2016 and it got out of order on 27.04.2017. My phone was having charging issues. So gave the phone to an authorized service center in vellore. The technician replaced the charging port and said mic also needs to be replaced and currently mic spare is not available and i have to wait for 2 days. Sold a defective a7 phone by samsung company
Got damaged within 7 days of purchase.
I got the newa7 phone from croma, placed a screen guard over the screen started using it after 1 day.
First volume was keep on going down, (Thought may be i don't know to use it).
