I have purchased a mobile phone (Samsung j5 prime) from an authorized showroom of samsung on november 2016, bangalore, i had booked complaint with samsung service centre @ indira nagar, bangalore. My mobile display is completely gone. I visited service center explained about the issue also and said the mobile is in warranty. I am unable to select more than 20 contacts to send text messages. I need to send it to a group of 100 members. How can I proceed. Is there any app which I can use to send messages to 100 contacts.
I have found Gionee and other mobiles far good than this. If I cant send it I wish to change the mobile which I purchased it new.

Lodged complaint for repair of 1.5 ton split ac on 2/4/17 (Refer [protected]). Call centre was very specific that service person will come by 12 noon. Nobody came. Reminded on 6/4/17, 11/4/17 and 17/4/17. Every body apologises regarding the delay but nobody attends the complaint.
Is it my mistake for having bought a samsung product? Am i supposed to ignore samsung in future purchase plans?...

After exactly completing one year of warranty period my tv got a problem. Complaint was registered and a service engineer came to check the problem and i was told by him that the led panel was damaged. I have visited samsung mobile repair centre at bhandup on 23/03/17 and today (18/04/17) at malad service centre. Both centre saying different problems and they ruined my phone in which only display was the problem now they saying phone dead and it will cost rs.9000 (Actual price was 14, 999 purchased on june 2016 and found faulty on march 2017) within 7 months phone found faulty (This is made in india product)

My samsung washing machine stopped working. Complaint raised through customer care on 05.04.2017, service centre person came charged rs 400 to inspect, told motor has to be replaced. Service centre person again came on 08.04.2017 after repeated calls to take the machine to service centre for repair. Told this would be delivered in 2 days with repair. Finally delivered on 14.04.2017....

The lower section of my double door refrigerator's is not getting cold, however upper section is functioning appropriately. The refrigerator was purchased in 2011. This problem occurred almost one month back. The refrigerator is never being serviced earlier. Kindly look in to the matter and appoint a qualified service engineer for satisfactory service. Hello Samsung, my slef Suresh using Samsung mobiles since 8 years (various models) wave2, s2, s4, s4?mini more and now bought new j7 prime just 3months ago its display got dim on top of the screen as some lights are on and some are failed.( display is defect )
While calling from it by using ask always sim card .it struck and and a written note reputedly shwon on sreen as
