I have Blackberry z10 phone which is purchased on 7 june 2014 from sarf trading which is in under warranty. For last 2-4 days it is not charged properly and also heat. I charged it 2-3 hours continuously but it is not fully charged. When I called on their helpline numbers no one picked the call. I am in fully depression for this problem. So, please solved it as soon as possible....

Dear Sir/Madam, this is the complain against Ebay that, I was purchased Sony Xperia Z3 from Ebay. Yesterday I received this. When I unseal the pack there does not have the volume key pad on the mobile. I have mailed to both ebay and their seller. But, not getting any response. When the seller(Sarf Trading) listen this they directly disconnect the phone and avoid to receive the calls. This is not the proper way to attend the custmer complaint....
