Charges on Trading

Sharekhan has been cheating me for long time with the charges they have been putting. they were charging 80000rs per day. i have complained multiple time but they blame relation ship manager and he blames them. so stopped trading.

Yesterday again i did trading after seeing my shares. I have purchased banknifty 2400 shares and they charged 4 per share and again i sold they charged me 4 per share. in total i bought 4800 shares...

Account closure- trouble

I have submitted an application for account closure of my demat account with Sharekhan almost 11days back.

They rejected my application for two reasons:
1. Signature mismatch
2. Balance in my account Rs 3 which I am unable to withdraw.

Clearly this shows Sharekhan's unwillingness to close my account.
They have no reason to reject thats why they are showing their dirty tricks.

Demat

2018 I had contacted one of your Chennai office for demat of my SBI shares and my husband's IOB Shares. He came home and opened the accounts for us and took our shares and gave us Xerox copies. I took it that he would gave done it. In a few months I fell v sick and had surgery. In 2019 we went abroad and got stuck due to pandemic and returned last year. Sharekhan Fund transfer failed Jan 2022

Dear team,

I could not reach you over the email or live chat or call so I am posting here. My transfer of funds from my bank account to my Sharekhan mutual fund account has failed with the status "Req. failed at bank".

I missed all my MF payments scheduled this month due to this and switching to direct investment options for all the mutual funds I have

Pan card details not changed

Even after repeated calls emails and assurances from so called angels in sharekhan office they dont and never revert back. the call centres and online chat are worthless. my Pan card dtails are not chnged even after submission of doc on 17.12.2021 at the veera deasai road branch....

Refund of 5000/-

Sir, in 2nd Oct, 2021 i paid 5000/- as a booking amt. to purchase "total equity solution" I made an advance booking and selected the option "other payment mode".

Dear sharekhan. For the last two years my resident account with sharekhan has been blocked as my status changed to nri and being honest account holder did the mistake of notifying your team. DI slips request pending since more than 45 days

High brokerage charge

My sharekhan id is S4476F and I start future option trading in this month and noticed that you charged very high brokerage for future and option trading in my account but when I checked the rate on google the rate show different. so request you to please reimburse extra charged brokerage and do the needful. i attached brokerage rates shown on google....
