I received the product on 30 December 2016. But the product was smaller than as was given in the description. And worse off, it was damaged. The outer leather covering was torn. And it looked like nothing in the image given in the site.So I placed a return and refund request on the site on the same day.

But a few days later, I got a notification stating that my request was rejected by the merchant. So I called the shop clues...

I had ordered a padmini gas hobs cs-300 gl-lb order no[protected] from shopclues.com on december 24, 2016. Order no[protected]. I pay online amount: inr 5399/- (Including delivery charges) by my dabid card

The order was cancelled by shopclues because the address is flagged as non serviceable station on december 27, 2016 and a refund was initiated. Refund i'd is 10701488.

Now it has been more that 2weeks and i still...

I had ordered 2 pieces OK lenovo k6 note mobile by paying through credit card but my order will not completed by shopclues also money not refunded.
