I want to bring you in notice that I'm sick and tired of following-up for the refund of a refurbished product which accidentally I bought it from Shopclues in May'16. Ever since I bought the product, it has been a dummy phone because no matter how hard you try replacing the different sim cards into that phone, main balance deducted consequently by Rs. 5/- until it drains out to no balance. I was in a small town where there was no Apple service...

I ordered t-shirt twice and both the times the size has come wrong. Even after raising a return request no has come to take back the product and my money has not been returned yet. I am very disappointed with the type of service you provide. No one even picks up the call when we call to the customer care service. Worst experience ever. Atleast take back the t-shirts.. They are none of my use....
