Sir, I have ordered a product from shopclues.com on 2Nov 2015... but I am not satisfy this product..I have ordered jeans, but the size is not perfect... and I want to replace this product... also I had uploaded a return request to shopclues... but till they have not taken any action...while it has passed more than one month... they are not return this product neither refund my money... order number[protected] Return number-2312314...

They hv cheated ..First when i contacted regarding the clues buck issue to their customer care agent, they told me that u will not receive d clues bucks fr no proper reason while it clearly showed while ordering tht on order completion u will receive 1050 clues buck(which can be reedemed later)...I called thm 100 times bt they did not add to my account...Suddenly one day they added it to my account and removed after 5 days without informing...

We had ordered mouse for computer systems 15 in number from shopclues under the order number 75976041 the same was reported defective at the earliest as the quality was low. we reported to the customer care for the return of the material and cancellation of the order and refund of the amount the same is not complied with. whenever we call the customer support they take a time of 48 hour but take no action we are now helpless with the situation...

According to the update from the order details on the website, the product should have been delivered by max 5th Dec 2015. However, I have no clue where the product is.
