I got a call from a so called SBI agent(as he described himself) named Ratan Mallik, today (27th aug, 2019) evening, from Mob No:[[protected]], Kolkata-71. He asked me to give all my card details (Card No as well as CVV no) and OTP generated in my mobile. Unfortunately I gave him my Card no only. I subhankar dash, was using sbi credit card from last 2- 3 years, before 6 month there was one unauthorised transaction done in my credit card with out otp, when i complain to sbi then they reversed the transactions. I have complained many times to sbi about the unapproved and unauthorized transactions by different vendors however sbi is not stopping the payments to those unauthorized people and revert me with the sentence that they can't do anything in it.
