I have purchased laptop (Hp) from sargam electronics pitam pura on 05.11.2018 on emi (06 months) with sbi credit card, my all emi has been paid still cash back is not received (Which is 10% of the amount). After having various communication with sbi customer care & sargam no conclusion has been given.

Your sbi card collection agency (Unify infra services) nagpur promoting illegally appointed the agents & should not pay there salary properly. Agency take only 7000/- of salary & 1% of incentive on collection amount. But also total salary get in 2months late also. However per month new appoinments per months.
So please i request you to pay regular salary properly & increment the incentives properly....

On 15/04/19 i withdrew rs10000 for an union bank atm on which the first transaction was timed out and the other was successful. But when i checked my balance it showed that i had withdrawn rs 10000 twice and debited rs20000 from my bank account.
