We have travel insurance Schedule Number : SB136390, SB136406, KB980057.
Above all travelers missed flight because of less connection time between to flight. they missed flight from Paris to Mumbai and as we trying to claim and got a reply we will not entertain this claim.

what is the use of to buy a insurance if there is not possible terms and condition needs to follow.

we are just asking to claim...

Three months back i received a call from tata aig agent under axis bank ltd group.
The agent mentioned that you will receive the claim for any treatment other than regular check up.
And now when i am feeling down and called at the customer care for tge information about nearby clinics and hospitals they said me that you will get a claim only if you are hospitalized for minimum 24 hours.
And now i don't...

But he thus not support me to make claims...
I am suffered that time.

My claim number is [protected] (Policy no [protected]) and i submitted all the hospitalization records against my claim, but later on i was asked to submit previous treatment records prior to hospitalization including 1st consultation which i submitted after that the claim is still under process and asking the same thing again and again.

Also i contacted several times to customer care but did not got the satisfactory reply...

My father is a farmer. He has done fasal bima last year i. E 2017 in tata aig. He is has taken money in intrest to pay tata aig.
All people got their insurance money as our area gone loss of harvest. Still we havent due to technical issue in data as per bank manager and angul dept authority.
We have complained many time ; nobody hear us. Sir we are helpless now

I would like to inform you that i had purchased an health policy form tata AIG in 2017 vied Policy no_[protected]. It supposed to renew on 10th sept 2018 but i didn't receive any intimation from tata AIG, Regarding this matter i had did several call on customer care and also written mail to customer support, but didn't get any solution till this time.

I have logged a complaint (Request no.[protected] for refund of policy amount which was activated on 19/07/2018, but immediately i have logged refund request and they assure me, refund process will be done within 48 hrs.
Today we received a call and they denied for that. So request to you kindly refund my amount, i cant bear double health policy.

I made a payment of Rs. 8970 to Tata AIG for my car (DL 2CAU 1164) insurance on 7-7-2017 through my ICICI Bank credit card and got "success" message and on 18-7-17, after 11 days, I got the insurance policy. Tata aig is such a useless and cheat insurance company. I travelled to zambia and my baggage was delayed by 12 hours. During that time i had stayed at hotel and rented a car to reach to my destination. Next day i collected by baggage. While buying tata aig's insurance, i was provided with such auspicious benefits by their agent, one of which was hassle free claim policy. I bet, this was my first claim settlement with tata aig & the word "free" from hassle free claims seems missing.

It was a sad saturday (09th june'18) for me when a fellow driving a sugarcane vehicle (Wrong side) bumped into my vehicle head on.. My bumper got damaged, fender side / bonnet...

Our lenova car insurance premium is due on 29th june. We have been receiving nearly 10 or more calls from various agents for last one month.
It is becoming sickening. As they keep disturbing us all the time. Please record all calls to see how the customer is being troubled.
Our response is not taken seriously despite giving all verification details....
