Tata Communication — Fake calls

I got a call from to my brother in laws mobile regardiing tata photon bill payment, that guy introduced himself as mr r.K.Sharma advocate delhi([protected]) and told that he got a complaint from tata photon for paying bill for the present month and tata company told to register a case .He gave me two option either to pay the bill now or pay 20, 000 or fight the case . I asked him to give me just 1 day as i dnt have any bill right now in my hand & i m at the hospital for my brother in laws check up .He simply told no and told that i m going to register the case as tata photon company told him to register, for that reason i left my brother in law alone at the hospital and went to the nearest tata docomo gallery which result in missing the doctors appointment .Actually i was also first thought it was a fake call but later mr r.K.Sharma gave me the bill number, registered name, date of registration which even i dont know, at that time i confirmed its the tata photon company people who gave the information..

My question is
1.Why tata photon company didnt made any call regarding the payment .
2.I didnt received any call from these tata customer care why are they fooling there customers .
3.Tata is a very big and respectful company but after this issue "the worst company in my mind will be tata communication as they cheat people .
Now i am going to share all the phone numbers from where i got the calls

Notee : guys 1 humble request plzz dnt entertain any calls of such type and plzz dnt buy tata photon for sure other wise today or tommorrow you will face such case for sure .
