delivery status of car

I have booked a Indigo manza qudrajet AURA (Monarch Red) from Cargo Motors Pvt ltd Opp Rajpath Club Ahemdabad. I paid the booking amt of Rs 11000 on 27 Feb 2010 and also paid the final price of Rs 537000 to them on 8 march 2010. The dealer told me that the veh will be delivered in 15 days but till date veh has not been delivered and over that now the dealer is telling that i will have to pay the extra money to him as ther has been a price...

Defective car sold by the dealer - PRERANA MOTORS Bangalore

Hello ! I Ajith Kumar G, purchased a TATA SAFARI 2.2 VTT GX from PRERANA MOTORS Bangalore on the 18th of this month (18/02/2010). I had booked this car paying an advance of Rs. 25000/- on the last week of January 2010.

After insisting to have a look at the car that I wanted to buy, the Dealer agreed to take me to the yard where the car was parked. I was shocked to see the car so dirty that nobody would even think about buying...

Not Giving the detailed information of charges charged

Hi I am Gopal R Mundada

I had purchased the car on loan from TATA Motors Finance Ltd. in 2005 & they had charged the bank charges for paying the EMI's after due date. But we have our bank statement & all the detailes of payment as per this all the payments Except for one Made before due dates.

Even after asking for details they haven't furnished us any, so do help

Clutch problem in TATA Indica Dicor

I own a 2008 Model of TATA Indica Dicor - DLG. It has clocked around 27,000 kms.
While driving there was a burning smell within a car & then it stopped & refused to move.

Engine failed at 28320 kms, warranty not given

I have purchased TATA Motors' HCV TATA LPS 4018TC, for which billing date is 31/03/2009 bearing Regn No. CG-13D/3951. The vehicle is being purchased from TATA Motors Showroom, Jaika Automobiles, Raipur (C.G).
The Sevice Manual depicts under Warranty. The vehicle as a whole shall be warrantied for 18 months, where as cummins engine is warranted for 24months or 150000 km.

Hi,

I am having TATA INDICA V2 (Petrol).While going to Pune my car had problem with is GAS kit.I have taken that car to nearby TATA authorized center at Nerul.Name of dealer is Fortune motors Nerul.

They had repaired gas kit but they had done some mistake in fitting engine.Engine pistone is not working properly.Some noise is comming from engine.

Tata finanace helping in Corruptions in maharashtra state

Tata Finance has alloted Vehicle Mh 06 AC 1823 without checking any proper proofs and documents of owner Mr. Tangaraj K Pillayee.

Above owner has Ration card,Resi, IT of Inside mumbai than on which proofs of Raigad above said Truck is been alloted.

By taking such benifit Mr. Tangaraj creates corruptions with help of trusted Tata company.

On my complaints MCGM mumbai collected Octroi Loss from above...

Not Refunding Excess of Payment received by them

Myself Krishna Arora, had availed fincance from Tata Motors while purchasing their Indica Xeta (petrol) car.

Poor Service from Tata Motors and Lexus Motors in Calcutta

This is to inform you that I am very much dissatisfied with the service provide by Tata Motors dealer Lexus Motors in Calcutta.
