tata sky this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing error

I didn't recharged my tata sky for a month, then i recharged it today but it's not working.
There is the message on the tv display shows that "this is the wrong card for the set top box (Pairing error). I tried wiping the card with cloth then also not working

im complaining about dth recharge

Today afternoon i did payment to activate my dth, rs 302 got debited
From my account but dth didn't got activated. The support from tata sky customer care service was not proving proper assistance. Didn't expected. It is request please refund the amount as soon as possible....

Unprofessional attitude against repairing/servicing of tata sky DTH service

With reference id [protected], i lodged complain on 21st may 2020 against repairing of tata sky services as my set top box was not working properly. But till date i yet to receive any service engineer call from tata sky service center. In the mean time i lodged complain again and again to customer care center of tata sky. They assured me to send service engineer as earliest as possible. But they failed to contact any service center...

Tata Sky Broadband

I live at Sylvania Magarpatta City, Pune On 1st May 2020, i purchased 6 month broadband plan from tata sky broadband. As an offer, they had promised static ip. For that i called to the customer care on 18th May 2020. They informed that they will provide ip v6 within 48 hrs. But even after more than 5 days they have not given me the static ip. They have a SLA to provide static IP within 48 hrs. I have made several followup via call to customer...

Set up box often problems

I often get error 2 message (Properly insert your digicard) but even i do so there is no response in the setup box. I get it for almost 2-3 times per day. It’s really annoying. Please let me know the reason...
