set top box need to be paired (hd box)

My tv is showing that set top box needs to be paired. Previously you replied someone with the same problem to remove card and insert again.but i have hd box there is no card.what should i do.customer care is not replying....

I didn't recharged my dth for 8 months now when I'm to recharge the set top box is show subscriber id : NA. The set top box was showing to recharge my account I recharged it with the help of my registered mobile number now it's again showing that my account is disactivated...

In tata sky all channels espically cartoon freeze and then start again and sometimes shows a black screen or no signal sign between I have also submitted compliant through chat but no response please fix this issue
P.S:No problem with my tv as I watch YouTube in it....

subscribed channel are not showing

I am not able to view zee marathi, zee talkies, abp majha etc channels. It shows please subscribe this channels.

After a gap of two months i recharged my tata sky then it is showing this is wrong card for this device (pairing error) for no reason.

Tried to contact custemer Support number as well as Sent an email to help desk.
but no one is hare to aolve the problem.

transaction failed amount deducted from freecharge wallet

I have tried to recharge my tata sky account with freecharge wallet on 25-march 2020, i have paid 440 rs. (50 wallet+390 from upi id). Amount is deducted form freecharge wallet and showing as transaction successful in freecharge but transaction failed in tata sky, by bad i have tried twice so 880rs was stuck. Please let us know the procedure to get my amount back....

tata sky this is the wrong card for this set top box pairing error - 14

I was not using the connection for a month and once i'm back switched on my tv to fine this pairing error my subscriber ID is [protected] and RMN is [protected] please help me get this sorted out. It's a bit frustrating on why i get such errors from a reputed company please sort this out. Even after resetting the set top box it displays the same error. I tried to call customer care, but no response...

no signal issue after recharge

Hello team,

I was not using Tata sky for few months and I have recharged yesterday. But it is not working due to signal issues. I have tried to restart the device and it is of no use. Tried to do the master reset with all the possible options but again it insist for signal issue. It is working for all my neighbours in the same block as well as in the society. I have recharged my tatasky account after 5 months and this error has been shown. This is the wrong card for this set top box. Digi card id is[protected]. Pl get it rectified soon. It is a very not so professional msg by the service providers. I would request to get it rectified as soon as possible and also credit my one day payment of services as the services were not offered due to a/m problems....
