set top box stuck on standby mode

My tata sky set top box is stuck on standby mode and does not turn on. Sometimes it turns on but shows no signal after a few minutes or if we change the channel. We have tried unplugging all the wires but no result. We are continuously trying to contact the customer care but no response from their side. Have been facing the problem for 3 days and no resolution till now....

not working after recharge

Hi Team,
My Tata sky Subscriber ID - [protected], Have Recharge of Rs 341/- picture attached, Still I am not able to see any channel, showing Recharge not done. Please help to activate from your family end as soon as possible.

This time we are at home we need it urgently for time pass time.

tata sky not working for set top box needs to be paired

I came back from home to long time and switch on the TV and my TV show the some description.
The set top box needs to be paired.
Please call the customer care if any problems persists.
I have call many times to customer care but no any response.
My subscriber id is [protected] and my set top box is without card....

wrong card and paring error of my set top box

Dear Team I am not able to watch Tata sky after recharging it with 584 after. 35 days. It shows this is the wrong card for this set top box ( paring error ).i have tried too much but to fail to resolve to watch tv smoothly...

error set top box needs to be paired

Set top box is always showing the error of "the set top box needs to be paired". Some (14) number is also mentioned at the last. I am facing this problem from last 15 days and not able to solve it. No support from customer care. No body is picking up calls there. Whatsapp number is not on whatsapp. So there is no way to register your complaint.
This is extremly unethical and illigal to charge customer without providing the services.br...

changing of registered mobile number

I bought tatasky receiver and its sets from a friend, now it belongs to me, since the previous mobile number which belongs to the old owner, the problem is that, whenever i want to subscribe my selected prefered channels it has to be done throught registered mobile number, which is not my mobile number. Therefore, registered mobile number of subscriber id [protected] has to be changed to my current mobile number [protected]....

Sir, I request you to please check the matter. I recently recharged my tata sky after a huge gap(few months) but now when I turn on my t.v it displays this is the wrong card for this set top box. I hope you understand my problem and please look into the matter sir.

no signal in my tata sky set top box

I have made complaint on the issue 5 days back through help line desk and email with 4 reminders.
I have been assured everytime but with no result. I am a retired government..
Officer and a senior citizen, completely exhausted now.
I have recently shifted to agra from dwarka delhi. I have even forwarded complaint through dwarka circle of delhi.
I have made timely recharge of my packs but denied fascility...

tata sky settop box not receiving signal only for 80 to 90 % channels

Fed up with tata sky services. First of all this is one of the most expensive service providers in dth. And in beginning of this month for 8 to 10 days service was getting interrupted due to sun outage and now maybe because of covid 19 we are unable to see 90%of channels from selected pack. We are getting error as your tata sky box is not receiving signal due to bad weather. Really if weather is issue then it should be for all channels not...

recharged but not activated
