pathetic service from tata sky looting everyday, mentally as well as financially

Hello, i was not able to view some channels on tv, view is bad weather but the weather is very sunny so i had complaint customer care one month before and they told me the problem needs to be resolved if technician will visit, i am said, no need to pay any charge, but they have deduct amount from my account?
Also they are charging monthly recharge amout which they promised to wave off. They have charged around 800rs on for super...

My set-top box was working fine till yesterday. Suddenly i am getting error 02. Digicard may not be inserted properly. This issue is just there and even after restarting the set-top box, cleaning the card and reinserting the card with the arrow on top did not resolve the issue. This is the first time i am getting this. Please help as its really annoying...

But now it says pairing problem

And none of you so called helpline attend or respond to my calls

Kindly resolve at earliest
Or refund the amount at once.

It is not understood as to how the pairing problem arises after the recharge is done.

I have recharged my Tata sky connection after 3 months and on the screen it is showing pairing error with NDS no and Digicard no
The recharge was done for Rs. 340
How do I resolve the problem ?...

improper installation of new connection | not working

I have ordered for an new connection yesterday and received a call super urgently and came for installation and haven’t completed the installation for 5 hrs i have been waited yesterday he was told it’s done after he coming back from his office post troubleshooting. the wrong card in wrong set up box

this is the wrong card for this setup box

I am not using tata sky for 5 months. When i start tv it shows this is the worng card for this setup box. (Pairing error). So when is start the set up box with help of swith then it shows that your digicard is wrong. Please resolve this issue so that we entertain us.

I had recharged the multi connection for the entire year in may 2019. I had promised by the call center representative that upon doing the recharge of rs.15k, you would be additionally get 1 month free pack.

I am using my tata sky after couple of months and spoke to customer care as well they were clueless. I have been calling customer care since couple of times but the tata sky is clueless to resolve the issue. I have recharged my tata sky few hours back and i am unable to use it due to some error.

complaint about error of pairing

Hii sir I don't recharged my tata sky for three month, then i recharged it today but it's not working.
There is the message on the tv display shows that "this is the wrong card for the set top box (Pairing issue )
Please resolve the issue...

Sir/mam I have not recharged my set box for two months
But two days ago I had recharged the set box . now it is showing error (14) set box needs to be paired. sir I have lot of believe in your services please resolve the my issue.
Due to crona virus epidemic in country every thing is lockdown only I have entertainment source this time...
