harassment by customer care

I have been a customer of tatasky since 2010.Last year I brought a new connection for my family with different id([protected]).for last nine days (11.6.2019) I have been in touch with customer care through phone and email.but all in vain. they assured me daily that your problem will be solved today, but no technicians visited my house.Even one customer care executive named ( as stated by him) BHASKAR SAHU told me that I am enjoying the conversation...

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and response that I have been getting after daily chasers and follow up calls. Seems like either nobody has time or they are just not bothered to look into the issue that the customer has been raising since last 3-4 days. Since 15th June raised a complaint which as per TAT should have been closed within 48 hours however even after waiting for that long and allowing more time as we were promised...

semi annual hindi basic pack- not working since installation

This is the fraud and pathetic service and just have simple answer we are looking into it. Big name cheater services...

cheating and fraud tata sky

We paid for 1 year subsription for Tatasky 6 months back; now they say that after six months that our money exhausted since we are moved to some other pack already ( no info to us) and and we have to pay again; I have not seen such cheating anywhere before; Tatas have become cheats and frauds and seem to have no values; now I get a message that they are calling and I am not available but no calls received; but messages kep coming to record...

I have requested for relocation of set top box on 16.06.19 (Sunday) at 9:50 am in the morning but still now no action has been taken. Everytime I call their helpline they say that the technician will call within two hours but nobody shows up after that. I have call the helpline almost 11-12 times but no resolution and being a Tata employee I am frustrated such negligence in handling customers....

relocation and recharge

We have shifted to other address (Relocation), We have relocated once from but TATA Sky had deducted the recharge amount as service charges and we recharged once again, now they deducted once again and saying that relocation had been done twice.

When i called them they say we have taken complaint it will be resolved in a week. Till now no call was there, we cannot see any channels.

no signal every few days

Hi I've been using tata sky since years now. Since the past five years or so every few days there's a problem with receiving of signal as a result I'm paying for a full month o[censored]sage but unable to view it all 30 days, this is not only disappointing as I miss out on my t. V programmes but has become a nuisance and heavy on the pocket.
Customer care has become bad, the technicians take around three days to visit and some of them lie...

Hi I'm facing issue with TATA SKY "this is the wrong card for this set top box " i tried to reinsert card so many times . Please sort it.

fraud service- fraud tata

First when they installed they said it's Rs. 2300 only...after installation suddenly they said they will charge 300 extra for as cable and installation charge...when I refused to pay I got a message same day that my Tatasky is deactivated

So it's totally 2600 for 6 months and they will not reveal the 300 initially...marketing technics

cheating by tatasky

We paid Rs 3000/ to Tatasky dealer on 06/12/2018 for Tatasky subscription for one year. Tatasky ID [protected]; we paid on line and no receipt given to us; I was an ex employee of Tatas long back in 1980s and I had tremendous faith in their ethics etc. so I never bothered to get receipts etc but I have paid money and it is in record

I did a recharge on 21Apr2019 and that was not reflecting until 09June19 until observed and all the while I was not able to watch services.
Please find the tv screen shots of the same. From 17Apr19 till 09June2019, I was not able to watch any services and still balance got deducted.

Please pass back the credit for the same for 53 Days.

I have filed numerous complaints with Tatasky Call Centre, Nodal Office and on mail.
5 technicians have also visited the site, but unable to resolve the problem.
Perhaps, they are not qualified or knowledgable to understand the problem.
We are paying subscription without receiving any service for the last ONE & HALF MONTHs.
What should we do ?...

Not rosponding, my complaint is following:hi! Your tatasky wo no# 1is4j5wj has been registered. We will call you for arranging a visit.

But ur technician not reached. U people are today wasted my time & money. Worst service.

I paid money to another outsider installation completed....

tata sky showing pairing error

I recharged tata sky, but account has not shown it to be credited in the tata sky account. Also pairing error is showing. M/R no. Is [protected]. Recharged on 16th june, 2019 and also due to slow internet accidently credited 400 from bank of baroda, if it could be refunded it would be great....

Respected Sir/Madam, I am having a Tata sky dth connection(ID-[protected]) for which I tried to recharge through online mode for an amount of Rs-388.00, but the operator showed an error citing it to be an invalid customer account. So I tried again a couple of times thinking it to be a technical issue but to no avail. Also my dth account didn't get recharged. Later I found my bank account got debited thrice for Rs-388.00 each totalling to Rs-1164.00....
