non receipt my monthly dth bill regular basis

As i have registered my two complaints in this matter earlier for march & april 2019 mly bills and i got after lot of efforts and at least 5-6 updates on complaints. This time again i am compelled to register complaint for the same reason for the month may-2019. Tata sky helpline services are totally misguide the customers and spoil there time, no results came from it. Let me know what is the time-lag by citizen charter to send monthly bill...

not refunding my amount

I am mr. Pavankumar, booked tatasky connection on 25th may 2019 due to one of your executive who gave false commitments to sell the product. I have done the payment of 2200/- using paytm.

Then, i was allocated with a technician for installation and he played with me like anything saying that he will come for installation and he won't (Happend many times with in 2 days). He tortured me for 2 days and then i decided to cancel...

delayed service of 2 weeks

Dear sir

We are very old customer of tata sky with subscriber id[protected] since 2007. We had registered complaint on19th june. But the our complaint is still not resolved. Twice technician came but they needed assistance to relocate the dish in the terrace but never turned up again . Every time we have to place fresh request. We have paid annual membership. All the false promises. Simply tired now. No response. Pathetic service....

As per the plan of tatasky i have selected some pay channels and the amount p[payable per month is rs.84.00 pm.

The channewl fees as per trai for primary channel rs.153.00
Pay channel taotal amount as per my selection rs. 84.00
Charges /fees for second tv as per tatasky rs.150.00
Total subcription payable pm rs.387.00 pm

This amount is very much dispalyed when i goto my tatasky account and...

we have been using tata sky hd+ - lnb issue - hd issues

We have subscribed for tamil mini hd pack and telugu mini hd pack in which all others are coming except star maa hd, vijay maa hd & etv hd.. However the tatasky has been deducting money even though the above channels are not showing up. After sending the unprofessional service guys, they checked everything and finally told need to change the lnb device to super lnb device.
They have told for sure that usually super lnb device costs...

Everytime technician will call to check for right time to visit. After that there will be no response from them. Again i have to raise new complaint. The story repeats.

I complained to tata sky two times but they said you get callback within 24 hrs and issue definitely resolved but after 2days cross still issue not resolved.
Poor service and response from tata sky.
Its terrible experience....

forging in package cost for multi tv connection

I call to customer care for multi tv connection of tata sky on 23/06/2019. They told me that there is only rs 200 charge per month flat for secondary tv. Then i booked it. On 24/06/2019. They installed the second connection and when i check it. Then it is found that there is same charge of rs 341. For secondary tv also. When i call to customer care. Then they replied me that the plan is changed and if cost is more then you drop out your channels....

still no signal issue for more than a month.

It's been going on for close to 2 months now, the no signal issue is yet not fixed,

Every time a raise a complain the backend team is auto-resolving it by themselves without fixing it. The issue is yet not resolved after all this time, so if it's not fixed permanently this week i will move to consumer court next week.

The tata sky digicard is damaged, after every y 2 minutes "digicard error" comes in, we contacted the tata sky people and thst are charging us rs 300 for the digicard, and before 2 days only we changed the location of the tata sky, we told him the peoblem and he said that now there will be no problem, so i ask to tata sky to change the digicard for free or i change the set top box....

i have recharged tatasky account for yearly plan, but got deactivated without any information in just 9 months.
