promotional calls

I am registered for dnd for my mobile number. I am getting too many calls from random mobile numbers for tata sky sale offer. I understand these calls are from some agency. But these callers are untrained #. I don't want to receive any such calls.

Every time i block number, i get calls from a different number. And these callers disconnect the call as soon as i mention about this trouble.

These # are spoiling...

not properly understand

Ashik sethia from kolkata, just before 45 min i talked with customer care re my monthly charges.

Month is count as 30 days, i don't understand when i recharge on 5th june for rs.387, and msg shows that next recharge on 1st july, is this 30 days complete on 1st july.?

Today, 03.07.19, i recharge with rs.387 and msg shows,, expire this recharge on 27th july
Can u explain is that 30days on 27th...

You are therefore requested not to charge us from 2nd july'19 as the dish and were removed on this day. We shall inform you as soon as the the repair work of the building is over...

not listening to my dth complaint

My DTH antenna is not responding to the signals and I have requested more than a month repeatedly to solve my TataSky Dth connection (Antenna); but every time they are saying the same thing, that we will reach you within next 24hrs and sir here is your complaint lodged but till now they are not sending any technician to assist.Please take strong action against him and they are doing this kind of offence with most of the Customers....

We have again register the compliant, when we are contacting local franchise the yare giving us hopeless answers. Its third class service provided by tata sky, hopeless people and hope less company....

Tata sky has stopped working within 12 hours of installation.

The connection is interrupted. The reason given is excessive rains when it has not been raining for the past 5 hours.

Call to customer service cell is met with absolutely unhelpful staff. They know nothing and are just not empathetic.br...

deliberate latches in resolving customer grievances

In spite of repeated requests since 27th of June, 2019 nobody has yet contacted me for relocation of my DTH connection.

The customer care call centre of Tatasky is the worst service as well as the tatasky as a whole is a worst service provider in my assessment.

multi tv pack

Till 2018 ideas paying 24000 for my 3 tata sky connections. After change of trai regulation i'm paying 30000 for the same pack.. How has the new trai regulation helped in being pocket friendly?? Its just a lot business.. After recharging for 13 months in may @2525 per month suddenly tata sky changes my pack to 3366 pm. They say we are complying with new trai rules. Tata sky hasn't informed me. Or taken my. Permission before changing my pack.br...

This is Ravi Kumar from hyderabad. We got a HR representative to our home. They explained about the tata sky. We paid the money through paytm to the Unisyn enterprises, but no connection got. The HR repretative not provided the service even multiple calls.

Is the tata sky is a genuine company? Is Unisyn is honest?

When I called to tata sky customer care they told that Unisyn is a genuine only, but...

technician charges

Set top box isn't receiving signal without customer fault and customers are being charged for technicians visit. Its highly unacceptable. This may be legally correct but can't be justified in the satellite & cable tv service industry. Customer has no control over the issue & the charges are also directly gett deducted from his account balance. On top of that they are telling you are preferred customer, ridiculous.

zee marathi pack

I have problem in getting marathi chenals in my tatasky pak.. Want see marathi programs so please help me to get marathi chenals like zee marath, zee talkies, zee 24 tas, colourse marathi, star pravah, abp maza, zee yuva, sam marathi, jay maharashtra, mai boli, tv 9 marathi, sangeet marathi etc.. Please add all these chenals in my pak as erly as possible.....

channels not opening and not working

We have 2 televisions at home... When we on both the tv's the tata sky channels do not open up in both the tv's... Even after subscribing channels in both the tv's... Only one of the tv works... If one is closed the other works... Both the tv channels do not work together... Now none of the tv channels are working in either of the tv's... Tata sky has become a great problem in terms of selecting channels and connection... Were asking to solve...

password recovery mail

I'm out of my home so i wish to watch tv through watch. Tatasky.com. My e-mail id aaryan. [protected]@gmail.com is registered for the subscriber id [protected]. I've forgotten my tatasky account password so i wanted to reset it but after clicking on the forgot password link and giving the necessary details, i don't recieve the mail. This has happened everytime is tried. I tried to recover it through otp to rmn but the sms comes after many hours....

Twice technician came but they needed assistance to relocate the dish in the terrace but never turned up again. Every time we have to place fresh request. We have paid annual membership. All the false promises. Simply tired now. No response. Pathetic service. Pls...

subscription reduced after paying upfront for 1 year for multi tv connection

I have paid more than rs18, 500 for a 12 month subscription with which i was told i shall be getting 13 month free. When i took the connection the due date was june 2020 and now they reduced it to march 2020 quoting that because of trai rules the secondary connection will cost equivalent to primary connection which was not what was stated when i was lured into being offered on the additional subscription and lower cost on my 2nd connection....

I am tata sky subscriber around 2- years, presently they have charged 1400 for adapter replacement this i lessened from customer care.

This is false statement. I seems they have charged for wrong customer.

We have raised complaint 3-times now no response from customer care. Still they are extending more 10-days.

We lost trust from tata sky, thing to go for consumer case.br...

tata sky is not responding to our complaints from past four months

We have been facing trouble with tata sally from past 4 months and tata sky has not been responding to them. They have been calling and after listening to outlet long list of problems, they cut the call and never call back. We have been trying to recharge the amount but even that is not being successful. So finally we had put our complaint on consumer forum as it is creating ultimate ruckus.
Kindly look into it and resolve the issue....
