Initially, I got delivery date of 01/06/2009 but eventually it got extended to 06/06/2009 due to some quality issues. (I only followed up, nobody from the store/lab bothered to call me)

i have bought a titan fast track watch before two years worth price rs 1200.
now its fiber belt get destroyed and dealer from where i have purchased the watch,
tags the belt at 750 rs.
now whats the point the a watch worth rs 1200 consists a belt of rs 750.
The way i used watch was very careful and though it does not sustained just for 2 years.

I recently purchased 3500 worth spectacles from Titan Eye showroom in Koramangala, Bangalore. Unexpected though it was, I can neither see clearly using my new glasses nor is my frame in a correct alignment, as in it is tilted. I have placed order for a pair of spectacles, since around 3 weeks. The store manager is telling,
that this has been couriered. and has given me one docket number. When I contacted DTDC, they are telling there is no such docket number. There is very cold response from the shop authority.
It is the worst kind of service I have ever recieved....

Hi I have bought atleast 2 pairs of glasses from Titan eye + Koramangala, Banagalore in last 2 years.

Firstly, there is no Crisal lense imprinted on front of the glass which should be visible under condensed vapour. That is the landmark of crisal lenses.

I am highly disappointed with the service provided at koramangala titan eye.
I have bought at least 2 pairs of specs form titan eye plus koramangala in last 2 years.

Firstly, there is no mark of crisal on the front of the glasses, which is the landmark of crisal lenses, which you should be able to see on condensation.

Secondly there was a crack / scratch on the glass, albeit minor, right when they dispatched...

In fact, I have already suffered by the poor service and quality of Titan Eye+ Store at Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. I was delivered a pair of progressive lenses (EE149SW) at a cost of Rs. 2380 on 16.02.09 vide Invoice No: 7001360 and these were found to be defective as they did not confirm to the specifications given by the Eye Doctor. I purchased a Fastrack watch from Titan showroom in Jaipur on 16th Feb’09 and amazingly it stopped working in 4 days. This is something extremely bad.
I visited Titan showroom at Great India Place, Noida, they kept the watch with them for three days, and finally when i went to collect, they told me that it has not been repaired since they did not have any technician for last few days.

I had ordered a spectacles (sku(f)-E1117a1a10 SKU(l) Titan Progressive HMC-at titan eye+ showroom at Bhagalpur. The delivery date was 05.02.2009. The lense was found cracked. Again it was sent to replace and delivery date was 13.02.09. on 13.02.2009 it was seen that the frame was not fitted properly.

So by seeing this, it was concluded that a big showroom of this kind- giving a spectacles of Rs.2880.00 was so poor in quality...

today 05/02/09, i with my girlfriend went to the world of titan ultadanga to purchase a watch. firstly we were not entertained by any of your sales representatives and inspite of calling they too did attended us.we felt really insulted standing in the shop.we waited around 5 to 7 minutes for your sales representative still no body came to attend nor to answer our query.

Last year my wife and I visited them to purchase some gold when they educated usabout a new installment scheme that they have started where we will have to pay a fixed amount for 11 months and they will pay the 12th installment.
