I already complaint written by telephone on dt.27/02/2015 my complaint 574267, As per details On dt 13/02/15, I am complaint given about setup box, that day engineer visit my house, and change setup box and he charged Rs.300/- above money paid Rs. 300/-by cash and received money message on my mobile. and Recharge Rs.325 On dt.15/02/2015 and received message from D2H, Balance Rs.355/- Due date-17/03/2015. I recently purchased HD DVR settop box. But found that it is faulty. It has some issue with HD channel recording. I raised request for that on 13 Feb. After that I called customer care 4 time and escalated the issue. After 10 day I got call from someone from local service centre and told me that he is sending engineer. After that I called service centre 10 times still no engineer visit. My problem not resolved. Company provided me faulty setup box and not providing service for that....

I am using videocon DTH, It having problem (the signal will not come, only videocon logo will come), then we want to switch off and on the power, every time we want to do this, Regarding this i complain soo many time, but they not responding, 5 month before i complain to customer care, then one engineer came and told software should upgrade, i not bring the laptop, soo i come tomorrow, like this service engg told. afterwards they not came. then after 2 month i call to customer care regarding same issue, again another service engg came and check the antenna and setup box, after checking he told setup...

I'm purchased videocon d2h hd connection on 03.10.2014. After one week of purchase audio problem started in set top box. We are complaint lot of times, and replaced one old box after 10 days. But replaced set top box video quality is very worst. (Replaced box is old version and used box). Again we are complaint lot of times, then replaced another one old set top box. I have a videocon DTH, cust id: 108902615. My basic pack is South silver. Before three months i had recharged my DTH with 3 month subscription, last month with out my permission, videocon DTH service provides active HD pack in my DTH and they deduct around 250rs for that, because of this i loosed one month subscription and my dth validity expired. When i enquired about this issue, i got a poor response(service) form videocon DTH customer care. After a big fight with them, aftyer two days they deactivated the HD pack. So today (23.02.2015) i have recharged my dth with again three month subscription...

After upgrading there was a problem of audio video synchronization and after tons of complaint, company has resolved my problem by changing my new STB with one repaired STB (this is really a bed experience). I recharged my D2H on 16th january with rs 231 for 1 month All of a sudden i get a message that my balance is low and would expire on 10th feb . 5 Days prior to my scheduled time . I called customer care innumerable times but they did nothing and continued to give lame excuses . My service is dicontinued and no satisfactory reason is given nor an action taken . Engineer comes and fix the box n charges 450rs then after a day the box gets disconnected and even after complaining the issue is not resolved even after months then when complaining again the engineer comes n resolve problem n the company says its included in your previous service charge even though the deduct all my balance n says its the service charge which you dint paid. My videocon D2H was not working and i logged a complaint to get it repair via call. As per the executive who registered my complaint, there will not be any charges for engineer visit but engineer took Rs. 300 from me. I registered complaint - 277698749 for it and i have received an SMS saying that it will be resolved by 6th Feb 2015 by 4 Pm but it is not yet resolved, I have called customer service agent multiple times and every time they extend the date & time .
