I had got my TV account recharged on January 4, 2015 for 6 months . The Services on TV did not resume and when I checked and called up the Customer Care on January 18, 2015 i.e. today, then only the TV services have been resumed from their end . I have been using D2H services for the past 4 years and have never seen this type of issue. i have long term recharge for 1 year. and got 40days extra with 3% discount.its has to be end on 21.03.15. but videocon service representative said that i have add on one channel rate 40 per month since feb 14. my all surplus money and benefit adjusted in add on one channel i want to know that how its add on. i have not any channel other than package.Need yr help.videocon is asking for new recharge. they will terminate my service on 18.01.15 videocon id--109371647...

This is Sakthi my cust id 116259396. From 06.01 im complaining channels r not coming. Daily im calling customer care for the issue but they r keep on ssaying technicians will come...S day i have word with Mr.Mohan (bangalore manager)...He too said in 8 hrs issues will attended but no one came. ...donno what kind of customer service videocon providing...in other d2h if we call d next day they will be attending...My issues should be solved by tomorrow if not pls disconnect n pay back me the initial amount paid Rs 2000...

Dear sir i have order d2h connection from wazat electronics the logged my file into videocon d2h and not gave me receipt of that bill which i have paid around at 01 pm 11.01.2015 and then they told me engineer will come in 1 hour but he had not come and at 5.30 pm same day i have a call from v. d2h office the name off engineer who was on call name is rakesh and he told me that any engineer will not come in your area because local cable mafia is beating our engineer's and then i had call wazat electronics i had told whole story and told them to give my money but the are not giving my money and also...

This is a second complaint i am raising on the same issue on this website.I had same problem one year back (9th Dec 2013) and was resolved on 12th Dec 2013 after big struggle of one month.This time it is because of software upgrade which happen on 23rd Dec, i am getting only black and white picture. Dear Sir, My Customer ID is 105440700. Since Dec 31, 2014 My STB is display massage searching for software updates and rebooting automatically after each 30 minutes. Now from Jan 03, 2015 HD Channels are not play only SD channels are playing and some channels sound has not been coming...please do something positive. Without seeing any thing on DTH our recharges has been loss. For This problem i call customer care number they told that his engineer comes in 24 hours. But Now 48 Hours no anyone come or called....

I have bought the videcon D2h in Sept. 2013 his remote is not working just after 3 months. I buy the New Remote August 2014 and pay more than 450 Rs. Engineer said that the Remote Warranty is 1 Year but when my Remote is not Smoothly working in Nov. 2014 i complaint again than there representative said that Remote's no warranty. Which is wrong....

The customer care people have suddenly cut the connection, when we've called them that time they are informing us that our payment is due for the next month.
