Hello I have been a customer of videocon d2h from 10 jan 2015. The date when the connection was activated. Since it was a new connection of basic platinum HD 12 month pack, I was provided with extra benefits, that's 1 month extra connection. that is 12 +1 extra month . and one month of free d2h cinema channel. When i had bought the connection I had personally asked the provider and the installation if i will have to pay any hidden charges....
