This is Ranjan Roy from Bangalore and I am using Videocon d2h from last 2 years and suddenly from Maqrch 2018 I am getting an error message on my screen saying signal not available. When I called your customer service, first he asked me to wait for 2 hrs to resolve this problem, but its not fixed. Then when I called today your agent told me that I need to pay Rs 150 to your service enginner for his visit. This is absolutely not acceptable...

I am complaining about my rtn

Change my rtn
Old - [protected]
New - [protected]
I have lost my rtn and i want to update the new trai pack. Because of lost rtn i cant do anything. And videocon customer care is so bad. I cant even connect to them, the route is always busy. And if it connects by mistake and i enter my customer id it says invalid. When you can't handle the customers then you should close your company..
Change my rtn asap otherwise...

c14 :smart card not paired with box in videocon

I am using videocon from last two year. There is an issue of message coming on tv again and again shown in subject. On calling customer care they are asking for visiting charges of rupees 200. It seems like they are trying to fool customers by asking so much of visiting charge, as this was not informed earlier that you will have to pay visiting charges....

I have recharged and subscribed the channels but still it has not been updated. The customer care number ([protected]) is also not working. It always says the number is busy. I haven't got any reply to the email ([protected]@d2h.com). I have also sent several sms regarding the above issue but haven't got any reply nor was the issue resolved ([protected]). I have just installed the d2h decorder but its showing c06: smart card not authorised. Do help me on how to move about. They asked me to refresh the account i tried to refresh and technical issue message came out. Tried to refresh the same thing appeared again where there an error of c06 smart card not authorised. signal not available for a few subscribed channels.

Hi,
I started using Videocon d2h at my home just 2-3 months back and i have never received satisfactory service in return and this can be concluded in terms of their customer service or their website server.

But recently since 10-15 days, few of the channels are not available on my television and 'Service not available' is the error message that is displayed. I have tried contacting customer service for like 15 times...

Now i apply new videocon d2h customer id[protected]. So for this i given my same number. Now i am trying to login using otp. I able to login. But my account is displaying old customer id. So i unable setup my package for my new connection. I am not using old connection...

d2h worst customer care service

We selected plan as per customer care executive suggestions but didn't get as per validity ..
Even selected channels didn't come till 4 days.. what a worst service.
We called them 5 times they have not response properly finaly we told to disconnect our services they he transferred call to supervisor .
I think that supervisor drunk on duty he spoke same drinker at duty .
Really such a big company do not put like...
