I am using videcon d2h from last 4 years and my rtn number is[protected]. Now i have started facing issue of "signal not available". As per instructions i have mailed to [protected]@d2h.com. But there is no response. After using service for so many years and paying on time if there is no service/response from provider is very annoying. Expecting the solution/response as soon as possible....

Hd channels are not visible on website/mobile and i can not able to select the channels properly. I have filled complaint to videocon regarding this many time but no one giving response. Also i am calling on their customer care number but they are not reachable.

The issue persist from last 12 days and i am unable to view any channels. As it is prepaid recharge so my recharge amount already debited with viewing any of the channels...

Kindly update my new mobile number as my registered mobile number in videocon dth

It is regret to inform you that despite frequent call to your customer care.my RTN could not change. When I was in MP my RTN number was [protected] but Now it changed to some other number. herewith I am requesting you to change my RTN number to [protected]

I booked Videocon d2h connection through online on 24 March 2019 on their website https://www.d2h.com/. After the booking my credit card has been charged for Rs 2306 but I haven't received any booking confirmation mail or SMS from Videocon D2H. I

It's been 3 days that I have booked for the services but none of them called me. When I called the customer care they informed me to contact Nodal officer-Hyderabad...

My videocon Customer ID 69295507 as continuous call to your customers care but not getting connected regarding my settop box issues, yesterday I got call to recharge 100 rs then after they will try to check my I have make recharge for 100 rs but I am unable to talk to your executive
Please solve my problems otherwise I will port my connection to other operators...

Unable to select packages, dont know how to active packages, what will be the billing circle, pathetic customer support called several time 10 minute waiting and call disconnected everytime, mailed them several time (To nodal, corporate mail id) but no response received.

I was call 8 time in customer service but he tell us every time that will happen some thing and he will be charged to my account per day and my family not seen the tv for campany excuse
I will pay for set up box replacement charges in engineer hand but campany will charged by my d2h account

Please change my rtn (Registered telephone number) as i ve forgot my rtn & customer id is 72505719. I have faced the problem while selecting channels after recharge as i've entered old rtn but as per the old rtn some another random user is shown. So kindly change the rtn, so that i can create my own channels pack.. It is for videocon d2h. All customers care number is not reachable or busy.....

Last 15 days gone i called all customer care of videocon d2t, there is no response at all.
They charged me 200 rupee for engineer visite but there is no problem resolved at all.
The worst dth ever i have seen.

I want to raise complaint against the d2h.
They wasted my time also my money deducted.

I have requested for star sports channel activation and its been more than a week and they haven't done anything.
I have dropped them 3 emails at [protected]@d2h.com and called them dozen times a day from the past 1 week. But still no solution.

I have even tried all different ways to activate the channel as they suggested like giving a missed call on a toll free no with the channel no. But still it is not activated.br...

I am facing a lot of problems in selecting the channels lately. The problems are arising due the register telephone number. I have been trying to contact videocon d2h customer service for several days now. Mostly its coming busy or going in long wait subsequently disconnected. I wanted to change my registered mobile number so that i can change the package.

I also submitted request call back form multiple times and there is no callback received

Due to this i am paying rs 562 p/m and not able to create desired package...

I have changed my pack as TRAI regulation since last three days I am not able to see channels .the customer care number is showing not in use.Twitter Facebook complain no one responding.For connection related issue, no one care to call back.sir I feel TRAI SHOULD take strict action Videocon d2h for the harrassing consumer.My d2h account daily 8rs is deducted but not a single channel is not showing..

Such a rediculus service given by videocon they just want money not able to give any kind of service i am trying to CALL ON the CUSTOMER CARE about my d2h is not working but the ### off company not taking a single call CUSTOMER CARE saying that we are unable to fetch your details due to some technical issues from last one month...

Since yesterday afternoon to till this moment my call could connect only one time to your customer care and he replied that services will be established soon yet not working your connection.
