In month of may i have requested for to stop the roaming charges which i had paid two years, and for that i visited vodafone store to change the location or circle which can get benefits against roaming charges.
That time the porting department has requested me not to port and they will reveal me the maximum amount of rupees 500...

I was doing a recharge of 10 rs from paytm and it was somehow became of 1097 rs. When i called to vodafone customer care they were giving ugly excuses. One is saying that the amount is big thats why it will not refund back and other is saying that online recharge are nit refunded or converted they had given me 5gb data for
28 days costing 1097 rs which is of no use for me. So i want that either they refund my money back or they convert...

According to 347₹ recharge 28 days plan, which i recharged for day before yesterday, 1gb per day data, unlimited local and landline calls had to be activated but i received a message saying the internet data validity has expired and i am no more able to use internet connection.

Please look in to the above details, solve it as soon as possible and do the needful.

This is a rather shameful move taken by vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking all the smses send to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port', an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of vodafone. I've just noticed that my number has been allotted to someone else without my knowledge! I used it on 11th Sep 2017 last time. After that, I tried to top up on 9th Oct 2017 several times and it failed every time!

This is to inform that vodafone is the most fraud telecom provider. My friend was going abroad from india and requested for international roaming which was not activated, he never used the sim for any purposes during his stay for 2 months and they issued a bill of 60, 000 per month for no ligitimate reason. Vodafone stop fooling people like this otherwise this could harm your very existence in india and now they are threatening with court...

I have been using vodafone since a decade now and recently i experienced an unfair charge on my bill which i refused to pay rather solving the issue they kept on telling me the about their legitimate billing system.

I called them for canceling a data plan in june as i took a different service for my data purpose they kept on billing me in august so i refused...

Customer executive's name shantanu called and said he is calling from vodafone. I asked whats the matter? I knew he was busy talking i heard n he put it on mute and call get disconnected without giving me any reason or purpose of the call. Unlimted calling and 1gb data daily for 84 days..

1. I wanted to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid connection of vodafone sim.
Hence i have visited vodafone store on 25/09/2017 at bapunagar and submitted my documents there.
They told me that within 48 hours your connection will be converted to prepaid.
My postpaid sim was not convinced so again i have visited vodafone store on 7/10/2017 again i got the same response from them as within 48 your connection will...

I recharged my number with 460rs yesterday on 17 oct 2017. Now want to subscibe 348 unlimited plan from main balance, but failed, its directing me to bank page again. Why in the world i would spend again money on this, as i hv recharged already.
Customer care told you can't from main balance.
Its clear that they are deceiving their customers.

Now what is the use of balance if i can't lower the call rates or...

I tried recharging using paytm for 250 rs and i got a message from 190 saying your request to recharge cannot be processed at this time. Please help as soon as possible. Urgent!

Also in paytm.com a message popped up saying vodafone declined your order.

What needs to be done? I have no credit on my phone. Any help appreciated....
