data charges levied incorrectly

not receiving google verification code to vodafone india

I have activated 2 step verification method with google services (Gmail account). Whenever i try to access my gmail account, google will send the otp and i have to enter to verify my identify. But for some reason, i am not getting codes this code to my vodafone number.

Why vodafone :

It was working with airtel before i ported out to vodafone. So it's definitely vodafone which is not able to identify and fix...

international billing issue

I am interested to file fraud case against vodafone for cheating customers and billing by fraud means. I have also planned to file a case in the consumer forum.

The mobile service provider has charged excessively very high on my international roaming data usage. i have been using this number for the last 20 years and travel extensively with my number.

I sharayu karwade there are 4 no registered on my father's name. As citizen of nagpur we used to go service center of mount road nagpur. At very 1st they didn't activated internet for 7 days because their employees was absent. Vodafone is not providing proper service for which i had paid, i had paid 398 inr for 84 days unlimited calling & 4g internet subscription but there is slower internet speed, i submitted lots of complaints on twitter for last 2-3 weeks & also by email but no one responding. 1260+gst is charged in bill saying that spoke for 90 min to 51717 number

Amount 1260+gst is charged in aug bill cycle for calling a special number 51717 and spoke 90:10min which is not true as i checked my call log and didn't find outgoing call to 51717. Blocked outgoing as unbilled amount crossed credit limit. They say called to 51717 around 2pm and i spoke to incoming call at 3:pm with my family member, if 2pm outgoing call is 90min how can at 3pm incoming call can be possible.
