Vodafone is the most fraud company. My number is [protected]. My balance is showing -26 rs, I haven't taken any loan or either got any message . Vodafone cheats their consumers. They can't give good service. Are you a begger ? Without taking any loan, the bal is -26 rs .. I have to complain against this to Trai. Vodafone should be banned in India. Cheater. Fraud. They have automatically gave loan without my permission....

Vodafone deducted my prepaid amount without any information twice in 2 consecutive days. After several calls everytime ivr misleading. I tried many times but only once connect with customer care and boy named gaurav arguing and said that no one is available. I have recorded msg with me as welll

I got the stupid response from vodafone call center and appellate office as of this month (August 2017). I've recharged rs 401 for 84 days, with this pack vodafone offer me 1 gb data and 300 local & national calls per day. But vodafone has frequently taken the main balance after consuming 1gb data on everyday main balance. The data doesn't stop after the 100% consumed of 1gb until the subscriber's main balance is over. This is cheating offer...

I wanted to do the recharge for unlimited calls and data which costs 347 in rajasthan for the validity of 56 days. By mistake whie doing the recharge i entered 349 instead of 347. For this mistake of mine vodafone kept the balance uncleared for around 20 hours and then they gifted me with 3 gb data for 28 days. Does this data has 10g speed.? So i had to pay rs.349 for that also the validity is only 28 days. Is ot fair..? My vodafone no. Is...

I've been calling the customer care since a month now. Whenever i call 198 and then reach the customer support agent connectivity option, it re connects me to the main menu. I've getting worst network experience in my area. It was good before. But since these 2 months the vodafone service is been the worst one. The net speed never increased from 500 kbps. I still didn't mind that but the networks are disappearing between my important chats...

Vodafone after upgrading to 4g starting dec 2016 there has been various issues and very poor network. However upon complaining they told me it will take sometime for 4g network issues to be resolved. Now its almost been more than 8 months and it getting worse. Very bad coverage in internal signals outside is ok but in home or in office and you have no network at all.

After soo many complaints to the customer care center about my network issues, i have not yet received any call from anyone and no one is even least bothered about my issue. I am becoming fool by paying my bills on regular basis even though i am not receiving good and satisfactory service. Can anyone help me with my issues or else i should go for portability. My credit limit for the number [protected] is rs.9200. Yet i have gotten a bill of above rs.80, 000. The whole point of a credit limit is to stop all charges and block the phone once the amount crossed it. It is making a fool of consumers by charging me so much. The charges relate to international data. But no matter what, the bill should not cross the credit limit. If it does it is the fault of the company. They should have shut all services...

I subscribed to iroam free pack for 7 days plan after falling for luctritive advertisiment on apps. They asked for how long stay which i clicked for 7 to 8 days. After activation on 7th day i got message that plan will expire and i can opt for daily plan of rs 500 for iroam free which i did. Now vidafone has charged me rs 62000 for data usage and stating that the daily pack was activated 4 hrs late after 7 day pack was expired. How come vodafone...

I finally have to write this mail as a complaint that i had forwarded a port request on 16/8/17 & submitted the documents & upc to airtel for porting purpose. But till date its being more than 15 days my no. Is not ported yet. I got a recharge done of rs.195 i paid rs.2 9.57 on gst. I paid the access fee of rs.1 62.36. I recieved the talk time of 2.36 and i got new balance 1.35. Is this what we expect after recharge. Sir.. I registered my cell phone number for portability.. And vodafone company in first call say stay in vodafone they give me much offers.. But can't give.. Then secondly they told me to covert to 4gsim then i converted my sim to 4g but can't give me offers and miss guide me and also bared my cell number... And not giving me proper help...
