delivered wrong products

The shoes they delivered are of different sizes (9 & 10) and both the shoes are for the same leg (Right leg). The shoes are of no use. I tried to call them since the day of delivery but no one answered, neither any mails got to them. I complained online after several tries with complain id - 3057518. I contacted them...

I have ordered 2 pair shoes in november. Then one pair was of wrong size. I requested for refund/replacement.

Its been 2 months not received my refund back. Attaching my reverse logistics receipt. After then i have chasing yepme but noone responding.

So now i dont have shoes and refund

I purached item worth 700 rupess. I am trying call center for reverse pickup. Daily call on number given but phone ring for 30minute and get disconnect. No response of them. Not even by mail
What to do in this case.

Please give me solution as soon as possible. Very bed quality of item....

When will i get refund of my money. I even tried calling yepme helpline but nobody picks the call up. I have done the payment through my debit card. Refund my money and send a notifications...

refund issue

I placed my order on 15 june 2017 and made advance payment of inr 777.00 with my credit card. Order no is 33758123.

When i called customer service for my product shipment status after a week, they replied that it was cancelled and refund will be done in 15 days.
