I have mailed lot of times to them regards to coupon code but they dint reply it. I ordered few clothes some i liked it but some i dint so i returned them back. They told me they will send me coupon code after lot of complaints i received coupon codes but unfortunately i lost it, so iam trying to contact through customer care but they are not answering my call and they are not replying through mail as well please help...

This complaint is regarding order number : 33932073, i had called yepme customer to notify them about the double debit and the agent who spoke also confirmed that double payment is made and said he will escalate the issue but its already 22+ business days, but i have received nothing. I have followed all the procedures of getting my order delivered but irrespective of my seamless efforts from the last 20 days i could'nt receive my order as you guys seems to be very casual towards your customer product now i want my refund back.
