It is to say that i have placed order on dt. 06.12.17 for yepme dominick overdyed tucker jacket -
Grey, size-l. The payment was made for rs.738/- through mobikwik. The details are as below -

It is also to mention that i am not getting any trace of the order placed on your site....

My yepme order number 33984018 dated 1 dec 2017 of amount less than rs 1000/-, for which i payed online, was never delivered me. Now it is not even visible in my yepme orders. There is no message that what happened to my order.
I tried calling yepme customer care and sent emails but did not receive any reply. If they are not ready to deliver product they should refund the money....

I have bought two pairs of shoes and the size of that shoes are very small so i want to return the shoes and get another of larger size and the quality of that shoes is also very poor and box in which it came has been destroyed completely. So i request you to see my problem and fix it as soon as possible. And along with them i have bought a track and t-shirt that is also small but any how i am using that. So if you don't solve my problem...

I want to but shoes from yepme and i selected the shoes which i want to buy. I pay the money through net banking but they cannot accept my order because they would not receive the order... Than i try to contact with customer care but they wouldnot response the call. I want to your help regarding my refund.. Please help us from this type of cheaper website because they are playing with public as they as # people...

Money deducted from paytm wallet but order was failed.
Paytm customer care said that yepme has verified the payment. So amount cannot be refunded back to paytm. Yepme as to return the amount back . Its been close to 20 days now. Customer care of yepme goes into waiting tone for more than 30 mins multiple times
No one answers the call.

While i was placing an order in yepme on 24th december, payment was declined and the amount deducted from the mobikwik wallet. May i now when amount will be refunded. I raised the complaint in mobikwik and they are saying payment status of merchant transaction is successful. And
Transaction id in mobikwik is lmbk[protected]. I also raised complaint in yepme portal with no 3057085...

I received a voucher worth rs.4000, from gyftr.com. It was applied during check-out and then there was error on payment page. The website prompted me to return to my shopping cart. The voucher was not applied this time and when i entered it again, it said invalid. The checkout and order was not placed. Complained over 24hrs ago, no response. Complaint number 3056704. Customer care not responding. Looks like 4000rs was wasted....

My order id is 34011959. I made the booking by payment too and i received a message from them that i will be called within 48 hrs and then my order will be verified.

Even after a long time they didn't called me and my order was rejected without any intimation. They are not even responding to calls/mails.

I didn't received my refund yet even after they rejected....

I have order shervani for my brother marriage on 24th november, my order has been cancelled and i have not received my product from yepme also amount back sum rs 978/- which was debited from my bank account is not refunded.

I will never ever buy product from yepme and will never suggest to anyone.

Please resolve my problem as early as possible, tollfree number is also not available. Where shall we go?...

I was not satisfied with the product delivered. I launched a complain with complaint id 3055729.

Also there was an address where we need to submit the product. I visited more than twice, there was no office of growthways trading pvt. Ltd.
Also tried calling customer care no body is picking for at least once been on call for an hour of hold....

When i talked to customer care he told me that my order has been cancelled and the money will be refunded within 10 days. But it didn't happened.
