I am writing to formally and finally request the immediate credit of the 1 BTC prize I won via the Spin Wheel on June 21, 2025, for my 1win account (ID:[protected].
Despite repeated confirmations from your team—including your personal manager Ms. Diksha, chat and Telegram support, and technical department—the BTC prize has still not been credited. All communication clearly confirmed the legitimacy of the win and even included guarantees of payout, yet no action has followed.
Summary of Concerns:
Multiple Official Confirmations Referencing My Account:
Your teams—including personal and technical support—have explicitly mentioned my user ID[protected] across over 18 interactions, confirming that the BTC prize would be credited and urging me to "rest assured." These communications were not generic—they specifically referred to my account and my case.
Contradictory Internal Updates:
On July 23, your team claimed I won only 10 1win coins, yet days later, my manager Diksha reviewed the case and confirmed that the BTC prize was valid, with only the prize amount and mode of transfer pending. If the earlier claim of 10 coins was accurate, why did your manager reconfirm the BTC win afterward?
Misleading Explanation Regarding Spin Animation Lag:
Your team now suggests that the Spin Wheel animation lag may have caused confusion. However, if that were true, why was the BTC win confirmed repeatedly afterward, including promises of a solution and an apology? This explanation is both unconvincing and inconsistent with your earlier statements.
Spin Wheel History Not Maintained for Transparency:
Your platform does not offer any visible history of Spin Wheel outcomes, making it impossible for users to verify wins. While you've admitted this flaw and apologized, demanding screenshots from users without prior notice—especially only for BTC wins and not smaller prizes—is selective, unfair, and unprofessional.
Banking Delay Excuse is Invalid:
While your team cited crypto banking delays due to large transaction thresholds, this does not explain why the BTC credit process hasn't even been initiated. A legitimate prize process should at least produce a transaction ID or schedule.
Recent Mail (August 15) Admits Case Is Still Under Review:
A support email dated August 15 acknowledges that my case is a high-priority matter and still under review. If your final determination was that I only won 10 coins, why would such priority still be in place?
Systemic Lack of Transparency and Accountability:
Your team's inability to produce the exact date of the win, or provide any verifiable record, undermines credibility. If there was no BTC win, how did your team provide over18 acknowledgements confirming it—with my ID attached?
Finally it was informed by 1win officials on 19th August (proofs attached in the pdf) confirmed my BTC referring to my I’d 54715166 and told me to use it as a proof
But till now no one responded rather to wait for something already confirmed
Contact our chat support, and it ll be resolved is their fake promise everywhere
Please help me get justice😭
