I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with 1win regarding a delayed withdrawal. I play from Bangladesh and on 2 April 2026 I requested a withdrawal of 2, 180 BDT via the bKash payment method. As of 12 April 2026, a total of 9 days have passed and the money has still not reached my account.
During this period I contacted 1win customer support multiple times. Each time I was told the same thing, that the issue would be fixed as soon as possible, but no concrete action was taken and the withdrawal is still pending. I have not received any clear explanation or solution.
I request that my 2, 180 BDT withdrawal via bKash be processed immediately and the funds be credited to my account without further delay.
