2Gud.com — warranty repair not done | |||
Www.2gud.com(flipcart) is a fraud website for buying mobile phones. I have bought a mobile phone through www.2gud.com vide order no.-od[protected] on 14.06.2019 with 06 months warranty but after 45 days the touch pad is not working. I have contacted www.2gud.com customercare and i have been told to lodge warranty service request to f1 solution & services center. Accordingly i have lodged warranty service request to f1 solution & service center vide call no: jokh[protected]. But on 02/08/19 i have received a call from f1 solution & services that it is a liquid damage so warranty can not be provided. But i am sure water has never entered into my mobile phone and if it is a liquid damage how the touch screen is working and touch pad not working. So it implies the fraudness of the company. I bought a Mobile phone. They shipped defective piece which doesn't work. Upon complains, they are doing nothing and just fooling around. Bunch of liers and jokers. They should close down or reported to Consumer Forums for cheating public.
