MakeMyTrip has the worst customer service and support, i had the issue on 13 april on my cab booking, my driver didn't come on time and after waiting for 30 minutes i called the mmt agent he was also not able to resolve the query the driver was rude and came to the wrong parking place and then asked me to pay 700 fine charges the MMT agent was with me on the call the entire time when the driver asked to either pay for 700 fine or get off the cab the mmt agent assured me that he will resolve the issue and i can take an alternate mode of transportation but it has been almost a week that i have not heard anything on my issue...
