IBPS PO says that any OBC certificate issued after 01\04\2013 till the time of interview will be accepted which was perfectly all right because if someone don't have the certificate after 01\04\2013 will be able to produce till the time of interview but this time as notification says no certificate issued after 11\08\2014 till be accepted is not working for more the 50% of the candidate and we will not be able to produce it also...
