There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also... NWD DECCHG debited from my account on 29/02/2020 twice amounting 29. 50/- and 29. 50/ though it is salary account and I have not withdraw-ed money from ATM more than twice. Please give explanation why this is deducted from my account without any sms or intimation? Please refund asap.

Although it is my salary account and no such deduction was informed to me. As per rules there should not be any such deduction for use in other bank atm as i have not exceeding the transaction limit as well

I opened this current account along with a salary account and they promised there won't be any fees or charges. I did not use the ATM to withdraw cash from this account. All the transactions made from this account is to credit the HDFC salary account. Thus had happened last year too... How could be possible that they are changing for 1st time withdrawal itself and i know the clear rules from rbi that 3 times we can withdraw from other banks and 5 time in own banks...
