I am associated with tata since 7 years by taking first connection of tata indicom then it upgrade to photon+ and later it update to 3g.
I would like to make your attention that i am not getting the 3g speed in my network area though i have paid the 3g modem price & also paying the 3g plan charges... So dear tata photon is this mean the user congestion got reduced in this are from my new billing cycle date????

I purchased Tata photon max wifi 7 months ago. In the starting it was working absolutely fine for about 2 weeks. Then there was a sudden dip in speed as low as 0. 2 Mbps. I had a number of complaints registered at customer care of tata photon but they said there are large number o[censored]sers in the area and they gave excuses that there is up gradation work going on around my area which I asked them and they told they can't tell where is up gradation going on... I have been using a tata photon plus dongle from march 2014. My plan was the Rs650 3GB unlimited one. I used to get speeds at around 200-300KBps till the 3GB capping and a speed of 30-35KBps afterwards. For the last two months the speed has come down drastically, 50KBps till 3GB and 5-7KBps after 3GB... tata photon executives missguides me everyday . they say wait sir ur photon will pe activated within @ hours or till moorning or till evening. m outside of delhi thats y unable to buy newone thats y i have get a loss of 50499 in my ticketing company and also my it person close ma website and emails too... I bought tata photon + & paid 2k but speed was nt good. When i complaint they suggested me for photon max. When I took the TATA Photon max wifi postpaid connection by paying 2k again, that time I was promised that it is fast and very good in quality, But unfortunately this speed is horrible & no results so far... Unknowingly unbilled amount of ₹1123 was there i had forgotten to pay.
So in december 2014
I got a call that a legal notice from company will be sent if you do not pay the amount... compliant:
- My TATA Photon No. [protected] using internet plan.
- I am not getting proper speed from last 10 days. Unable to open speed test page nor even able to open Tata photon account and see the usage till date.

I’m the Tata photon plus user my Tata photon no. is [protected] . I’m using 30gb Data Plan. Its been a month I've been calling to your customer care number and talking to their executives but my issues has not been resolved yet. Issues are as follows:
Slow Speed Connection, I used to get 400kbps transfer rate and around 3Mbps + surfing rate... My tata photon number is [protected]. I have been using photon for 5 years without any major issues. For the past couple of months, the internet speed is so slow and gets disconnected often. This is affecting I have called customer care thrice and they say it is due to lot o[censored]sers using the server at that point of time or technical issues they are facing and their engineers are working on it... last month for the Tata Photon . The company decrease the high speed FUP to 7 GB this time for the same price. I find this a real injustice. The company had not mentioned anywhere about such a drastic price change in their packages.
Call center executives don't know why such as huge changes have happened... I bought this device 2 months back, its prepaid.
