you have to go to SBICAPSEC. com and click on forgot password. You put your UID, pan card and Bank acc. no and you will get password in your mobile. And username is your user ID...

SBICAPSEC. COM use different terminology for password, username. Sometime they ask you to enter username, at other times customer code and yet other place they ask you to use client code or customer id. It is all very confusing. I request them to standardised their terminology so that users are not put to unnecessary harrasement...
