I think Unitech is really not showing sincerity and promptness enough to complete its projects in time and at the end of the day we are going to be sufferers - (Buyers) who are still shelling out big chunk of money on rents somewhere else. first meeting with Unitech on 16-07-11 and have fixed 27-08-11 for next meeting to see the progress on commitment made to us. We know that they will again ditch us as the main reason for no-work they are saying is 'labor' but this is a big lie. And after Noida ext issues many laborers are also jobless so no labor crunch in the market for now...
