Not sure what to do with no connectivity in my phone... people say i am from unitech and to an extent they are right as when i have purchased flat in unitech then what else would i say . well i am not sure people who comment here in this blog what intention they keep . lasttly i visited the property they assured that phase 1 -----all towers in b and c block will be handed over from fourth quater of 2012 onwards ...
However things at unitech are looking up now... negative comments about unitech but most of them pertain to period 2009. Feedback at per present status should also be posted by all those who have already booked flats to help new customers to avoid trap by Unitech,

I called up Unitech customer care today and was told that Phase 1 registration will begin in September 2012 and phase 2 registration will begin in May 2013. When I asked for the reason for the delay, I received a rough response from the representative who told me to refer to my agreement and it is clearly mentioned that Unitech will hand over the property within 36 months from agreement date... I called up Unitech office and I was informed that Unihomes Phase 1 registration will begin by September 2012. Previously they told me registration will begin in this year February. When I asked for the reason for the delay, the representative roughly told me to check the agreement which states that Unitech can take upto 3 years to hand over the apartment and we have to bear with any delays till then... Unitech must not launch new projects before completing old ones... Unitech is very poor in customer service. They don't like to respond to your mails and answer your calls. They are just misusing their prime position in Indian Real Sector. I booked in their in Unihomes Phase I project in 2009 with flat delivery date in mid of 2011. Till now not even half of the work is completed... The attitude shown by Unitech is pathetic to say the least. No progress in construction. and to top that no intimation in terms of whats the reason for delay. when is the expected completion date. Its high time India come up with strong regulation in favour of consumers...
