They keep you on hold for 20 mins and yet no proper response, the call just disconnects after being on hold. have, for example :NWD DECCHG 28-05-16 CARDEND[protected] i dont know what this charge is, (ACH DR Return charges 180516) this is another . so its hard to belive and its also not comfortale if the bank is charging small amount of charges which eventually turns out be more than a hundred in 1 month...
