I am going to close my HDFC account. And I am indimating my friends and others to do the same. The act is too bad on the part of HDFC.

Amount 46 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.
RS 28.oo is deducted with desc. NWD DECCHG 28-02-13, CARDED XXXXXXXXX13, in my account for using only 2 times to other ATM, it is not accepateble by me, REGARDS -SAROJKANTA
Rs 27.19 is deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG 07-06-13 But i got a Msg on 19th Feb 2013 like Withdrawal, i have done only few transaction from other ATM so as per your policy charge should deduct after 5 transaction, but why deduct for few transaction, Please tell me the Reason for this.

Amount 26.82 and 28.07 has got deducted from the current account and salary account respectively with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) even though my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC.
There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.

sbi se Rs 50 kabhi withdraw ho sakta hai kya mera hua hai complaint kiya to search zari hai
bina kisi area me gaye case bhi mila hai complaint kiya to no reply

Really guys...i having a bad experience with HDFC...earlier they were also charging me for AMB charges which are made on saving accounts for not maintaining minimum balance...although my account is a salary account.
my case is still pending.
after all this they came up with this charges EAW, NWD, OWD, ATW, ATS, NFS and AWB .
now i am still following up with HDFC..
really this is not expected from HDFC bank.

this deduction not good Activities only unethical practices, same day 4-time deducted amount in my account without ant intimation by Mail or telephonic.

I had talked to an HDFC bank representative regarding a similar issue with my account. He gave an explanation to me. NWD DECCHG is the narration for a declined transaction. e.g. if you had tried to withdraw Rs.200 when you had a balance of less than Rs.200, from any other bank's ATM, your transaction would have been declined. The other bank charged HDFC of an amount. HDFC deducted this amount from your account.
