[Resolved] HDFC Bank ATM — Money not dispensed but amount debited from my account | |
I am having account in Indian Bank, Hasthinapuram.
Today at 11.45am I tried withdrawing money from HDFC ATM in Parry Building, Parrys Corner of Rs. 20,000/- (2 transactions @ Rs. 10,000/- each transaction). In 1st transaction I have received the money. In the 2nd transaction, I have not received the money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account.
I did not know how to get back the money. Can any one help the procedure to get my money. Was this information helpful? | |

PLEASE FIRST U GO TO YOUR BRANCH OR U PHONE FROM YOUR REGISTERED MOBILE NO TO TOLL FREE CUSTOMER CARE NO.. DON'T BELIE ANY BODY, EVEN MYSELF ALSO. THERE IS SO MANY FRAUD PEOPLE WHO WILL BE TRY TO FRAUD U IN THE NAME OF CUSTOMER CARE. SO DON'T BELIE ANY BODY.

I tried withdrawing money from Federal Bank ATM, at Perumbavoor MC Road, Oushadhi jun Rs. 3, 000/- The machine shows. Please wait your transaction is processing and after this massage displayed as your time out. I have not received the money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. I did not know how to get back the money. Can any one help the procedure to get my money. My transaction no NWD-[protected] AD 100114 Ernakulam, ref No 7342

Today at 22:25 I withdraw the money from HDFC ATM at Pushta Road, Karawal Nagar, ATM ID : P1ECDL-12, Location : Metro., of Rs. 20, 000/- (1 transaction). I have not received the Complete money from the machine but the amount got debited from my account. We received the Rs. 4, 500/- lesser than actual. I did not know how to get back the money. Can any one help the procedure to get my money.
