this is observed both on email & phone. and also they are not in sync. telephone customer care guys says that - he can't refer email. what kind of system is this?

I Have a Skoda Rapid diesel 2014 Elegance 1. 6 TDI. The tank capacity is 55 Litres & at MS. Janta Petroluem CO they charged us Rs 3000 - and filled 62. 5 litres which is 7. 5 litres more than the tank capacity. This is Violation of customer trust when they come to gas station...
