Dear sir/madam, My consumer no is 31221 which is in Sandesh Gas Agency, But without my knowldge my consumer no changed to 51187652. Which is in Anusuya Bharat Gas. My request is how is it possible without customer concent one can transfer to other. I am not interested to Anusuya Gas agency, His. Service is not convient, even subseedy of this current booking is nt credited to my account. Pl look into the better. Regards, Kalpana Naik

But there service provider is not serious response.. So I requested you to sir please verify bharat gas sugauli branch about customer service & satisfaction.. Thanks

      Hi, I am Balaji and My consumer number is 59469858. I have booked cylinder today and they asked me to collect from godown. It was 4KM away from my place. I went godown to collect new cylinder. Godown is near Paraniputhur and roads are not good inside the rice mill. There is no Bharat gas sign board. It is difficult for us to find the godown. I have reached that place finally and they asked me to pay 550 rupees and bill amount was 532. They collected extra charges and they didn't help me to lift cylinder also. I was calling some one for help to lift cylinder and no one came. I have lifted finally without anyone support. I have reached porur branch through mobile and informed them same issue. They asked me "Why did you pay extra charges" instead of asking "Why they collected extra charges". I didn't get proper response from Porur branch and really feel shamed about this incident. I have already opted "GIVEITUP" to support our indian goverment. I didn't expect this type of behavior from Bharat gas porur branch. My humble request is "Can someone visit that Paraniputhur bharat gas godown unofficially and check with customers to visit there?" Please take some necessary action and let us know your response. if i didn't receive proper response, i will cancel my connection.

        3. Distributor code: 100432 shalok gas agency
        I write to state that by verifying the website in edit profile the numbers of cylinders recorded as one (Cylinders held), but i have got two cylinders.
        With reference to the above, i am submitting several reports to your shimoga agencies to correct the total numbers of cylinders are two
        I have purchased two cylinders as on (1) subscription voucher no: 745537 dated[protected] & (2) subscription voucher no: 3007910 dated[protected] respectively, and paid the specified amount as per your instruction as on date.
        The both original subscription vouchers are handed over to the agencies for their further needful action as per their instructions. On 22/12/2014
        But till this date they have not taken any action in the matter, nor they have returned the original vouchers to me. Since from one year i am marching to the agencies, but no one is giving any proper response, nor any action in the matter.
        Hence, i humble request you take immediate action in the matter to avoid further complications in the matter, & hand over the original vouchers to me.

                      My Bharat Gas Consumer no. is 010127. I booked a refill cylinder on 15.09.2015.and the Booking reference no. is 61402. I lodged a complaint for non delivery of refill cylinder on 29.09.2015 and the query no. was 935689. On 01.10.2015 I got one SMS from DM BPCCCS THAT ABOVE QUERY No. IS RESOLVED, though I am yet to get the refill cylinder even after one month of booking the cylinder.                             Chinar gas agency, chanapora Srinagar has no home delivery system and Bharat gas has failed to respond even after repeated complaints. Even if home delivery is done by the said agency, it is being done for selected VIPs and not to the general public...kindly get the problem solved.

                                  Today I filled in petrol worth Rs. 800 to my bike. Petrol in my bike was totally empty and I had to push my bike for 2Km to reach this petrol pump. I was fully tired by this and I asked the petrol pump attendants to put Rs.800 worth petrol. Taking advantage of my situation, they acted as if they did not hear. By the time, they heard the amount right, the reading was showing it as Rs.116. They never showed me they started at 0 and one of the attended who was filling petrol was always obstructing me from viewing the display. I got doubt and asked them if they had reset it before starting. They said "yes". I did not have energy to fight with them and I came back. I am 100% sure they did not reset it and assume they started at Rs.100.

                                  This is really bad practice and officials of BPCL have to take action on incidents. Otherwise people will loose confidence on reputed companies and move away to some others.

                                    M/s Sreekish Gas Agency, Bharat Gas Distributor ( under the jurisdiction of Bharat Petroleum Ltd ) has been illegally levying Customers Rs:35/-for each Refill over and above the rate fixed by Petroleum Ministry. This is not only contrary to the policy of Petroleum Ministry, Govt of India but also violation Consumer Act.
