    Today i go to bharat petroleum petrol bunk-named sarada in attur (tk) salem (dt) tamil nadu (st) pin-636102. i asked the service boy to fill 2lit petrol, the machine reading shows 2lit but the quantity of petrol is less than 1/4 lit . they illeagely adjusted the machine for false reading. pls take action - my only request is bpcl officers examine and rectify the errors whether it is manually or mechanically.

      Dear Concerned,
      Today when I went to BPCL's Coco petrol pump at Kharghar, Navimumbai the service person Mr.Santosh Shukla surprised me as he was trying to communicate by his eyebrows upward & rather not speaking or asking how much or what to fill i.e diesel or petrol. So I also responded by face expression which he couldn't understood & later on I wished him Good Morning & informed also interact verbally & not via face expressions. This sends bad signals of an individual to the customer.
      So my humble request is being that pump beside the Regional Office of BPCL, the pupils at that pump should be professional in their dealing like giving a smile, greet the customers or just saying Thank you etc which will further enhance the image of the Petrol pump plus the brand BPCL.
      Hope I was sensible.

      Dear Concerned,

      I Have a Skoda Rapid diesel 2014 Elegance 1.6 TDI. The tank capacity is 55 Litres & at MS.Janta Petroluem CO they charged us Rs 3000 - and filled 62.5 litres which is 7.5 litres more than the tank capacity.This is Violation of customer trust when they come to gas station. We are seriously going to take this case ahead if no action will be taken from Bharat petroluem toward MS Janta Petroluem (91)-[protected] Tagore Road, Adipur, Kutch - 370205.
      Awaiting your prompt action on the above.

          Hi, I am ravindra singh and My consumer number is 69274084. I have booked cylinder today and they asked me to collect from godown. It was 1KM away from my place. I went godown to collect new cylinder. Godown is near collectorganj. I have reached that place finally and they asked me to pay 590 rupees and bill amount was 565. They collected extra charges and they didn't help me to lift cylinder also. I was calling some one for help to lift cylinder and no one came. I have lifted. the cylender

My request is how is it possible without customer concent one can transfer to other. I am not interested to Anusuya Gas agency, His.                   Hi, I am Balaji and My consumer number is 59469858. I have booked cylinder today and they asked me to collect from godown. It was 4KM away from my place. I went godown to collect new cylinder. Godown is near Paraniputhur and roads are not good inside the rice mill. There is no Bharat gas sign board. It is difficult for us to find the godown. I have reached that place finally and they asked me to pay 550 rupees and bill amount was 532. They collected extra charges and they didn't help me to lift cylinder also. I was calling some one for help to lift cylinder and no one came. I have lifted finally without anyone support. I have reached porur branch through mobile and informed them same issue. They asked me "Why did you pay extra charges" instead of asking "Why they collected extra charges". I didn't get proper response from Porur branch and really feel shamed about this incident. I have already opted "GIVEITUP" to support our indian goverment. I didn't expect this type of behavior from Bharat gas porur branch. My humble request is "Can someone visit that Paraniputhur bharat gas godown unofficially and check with customers to visit there?" Please take some necessary action and let us know your response. if i didn't receive proper response, i will cancel my connection.

                    I write to state that by verifying the website in edit profile the numbers of cylinders recorded as one (Cylinders held), but i have got two cylinders.
                    With reference to the above, i am submitting several reports to your shimoga agencies to correct the total numbers of cylinders are two
                    I have purchased two cylinders as on (1) subscription voucher no: 745537 dated[protected] & (2) subscription voucher no: 3007910 dated[protected] respectively, and paid the specified amount as per your instruction as on date.
                    The both original subscription vouchers are handed over to the agencies for their further needful action as per their instructions. On 22/12/2014
                    But till this date they have not taken any action in the matter, nor they have returned the original vouchers to me. Since from one year i am marching to the agencies, but no one is giving any proper response, nor any action in the matter.
                    Hence, i humble request you take immediate action in the matter to avoid further complications in the matter, & hand over the original vouchers to me.

I have linked adhar with the bharat gas distributor, and also with the bank with state bank of india. But in bharat gas transparancy portal it shows on linked with bharatgas and not linked with bank.                                   My Bharat Gas Consumer no. is 010127. I booked a refill cylinder on 15.09.2015.and the Booking reference no. is 61402. I lodged a complaint for non delivery of refill cylinder on 29.09.2015 and the query no. was 935689. On 01.10.2015 I got one SMS from DM BPCCCS THAT ABOVE QUERY No. IS RESOLVED, though I am yet to get the refill cylinder even after one month of booking the cylinder. I failed to understand how the wrong message was send to...

But after delivery i received a msg in which it is written that your order is cancel and i did not receive any subsidy This is not first time with me i face this problem so many times.so, kindly do something by which my subsidy is credit to my accoun.
