I am having a skoda Octavia vehicle with the registration number TN 37 CX 3456 which I bought from dealer Millionium motors (Skoda) Coimbatore and ever since I landed myself into a deep deep trouble. My car's windshield was broken on August 24th 2015 and regarding this damage I made a direct notice to Millionium Motors for the replacement of windshield. Whereas they said that they need to import the material directly from Skoda Company which will take minimum of 15 days to reach their Showroom and also they asked me to make the advance payment of INR 5, 000, we made this payment on 26th August 2015. But there was no reply or any updates about the windshield till today. I'm a businessman whereas I go in and around for a business trip and even my clients come to my place, at that time I can't borrow someone's vehicle and go. It is shame for me to do that. Who will bare my loss and it is a great prestige issue for me to stay without vehicle for past 30 days. Just for one windshield they make so many days; if a full car is under damage how many days will they take. Is it reasonable to wait for more than 1 month to get a windshield? Is this the way of your service that you promised us when we purchase the car? Till you sell your product the service you promise us like luxury and easily done, but once you sold them to us, don’t even care to know the status about the damage in our car. It looks like all are money crocodile. Because of the dealers service I really hesitate to get in touch with Skoda Company and don't think that I can recommend Skoda as a best car company with good service to anyone. When I send a compliant mail to this dealer it was irresponsible reply from them mentioning that it will take 10 more days to come and they will not give any temporary resolution even after hinting them that "I don't have spare car to use, so give me some alternative till my car gets ready”. I need immediate action and give me an alternative car or make ready with windshield. I don’t have patience more than this. Find me a positive solution for my sufferings. Hope you understand the issues I’m facing because of your delay response.

    Hi, Our Skoda Rapid Ambition 1.6 TDI, bought from Gurudev motors Chennai Arumbakkam branch which has done only 33958km, recently had an issue of a blinking coil" indicator, in between a drive. When it was taken to the Chennai Arumbakkam Gurudev motors service station, they said the issue seems to be with Fuel injection system, after a detailed examination from the Skoda experts they declared 2 of the 4 fuel injectors have failed and it needs to be replaced and when I asked them the reason they said its because of the fuel contamination blah blah blah…OMG Skoda fuel injector fails in just 33k odd km? Now that’s a surprise! Anyways, Since I just fathered a baby girl and I don’t want to spoil my mood and want to cherish this wonderful moment in my life and so I asked them to change those fuel injectors and requested them to make sure the vehicle is SAFE and SECURE for my family and they promised me to do so… Next week when I called them and asked about my vehicle status they said all four-fuel injectors have failed and had to be replaced…but why? Again the fuel contamination was the answer; but what about the first examination from the so-called experts? There was no answer…but as all car owners I have been filling fuel from the same reputed HP bunk. Ok, now after a detailed research I discovered many vehicles have come across such faults, which definitely raises a question about your reliability and durability of your car and now I am worried and lost my mind only because I trusted your brand name. How can 4 fuel injectors’ fail in 33k kms when it is serviced and maintained properly?, your TV commercial talks about break through design, safety and performance…do you guys really mean it? What’s the point in celebrating 120 years over your customer’s agony? The service people said that Skoda parts are expensive because we have superior technology, now somebody explain how can a superior engine fail in about 30k km? Now Dear Skoda, the reason why we buy reputed brand like Skoda is because we hard working Indians blindly trust you. We believe “we are safe”, “our family is safe” inside this vehicle and finally its all dust and we had to go through such torments. This vehicle of mine is been periodically serviced and well maintained by Gurudev motors from day one and it is only 33k odd kms done. What happened to all the promises you gave when I bought the vehicle? Why do I have to be punished for no reasons? I have not even seen my baby girl’s face properly but been running up and down visiting Gurudev motors to get this thing sorted and still no responsible answer from the service guys. The mental agony is such that my office work is disturbed, my personal life is horrible with sleepless nights ufff... Congratulations on celebrating 120 Years of “breakthrough design, safety and performance” and let me tell you I am celebrating my 2 years of “mental agony, helplessness and broken trust”. After spending my hard earned money on the purchase of the vehicle, service, repair and high maintenances I feel I am being robbed royally. I sincerely hope that your technical team will diagnose the issue in detail and let me know the best way forward.       I own a Skoda Superb car since the last 5+ years. But the last 2 years or so have been horrible. I have sent my car for repair and maintenance atleast 8 to 10 times. My car has had to replace the Mechatronics (gear box) with the software twice, AC condensor, Starter, Ignition coils, Power window switches, Speed sensors, suction jet pump, coolant pump, and more .. Now the car is in the workshop again and this time the fuel control unit & pump needs to be replaced. I had called the toll free Skoda helpline, and gave my grievance to Ms Nikita on 2nd of September 2015. I was promised by her that one of our executives would get back to me in 24-48 hours latest. I heard back from Skoda India on the 10th of September after constant followup with the workshop. On the phone, the workshop manager, Mr Shamit and the Skoda India Area manager (West region), Mr Ryan had no answer as to why the car has been giving such high maintenance. They simply reply " Its completely normal for any car to have wear and tear" When I told them about a Honda or a Toyota not giving such maintenance, their reply was "Its a different company and league, you cannot compare!" SAD to hear such replies.

        I bought Skoda Rapid last year in October from JSB Auto sector 15 Gurgaon. I confirmed 10 times before buying the car from these cheaters that I want zero dep insurance and just to sell the product keep telling lies that yes it is Zero dep madam don't worry. I find this month that I have been cheated by Skoda and my insurance is not zero dep. I work very hard to earn my money. I don't make money by cheating people like Skoda. I tried talking to these cheaters but they r not talking and now saying we didn't said that and I also registered complaint on Skoda website but no one contacted me as yet, it's been more than 2 weeks. Wake up cheaters!!!

          My self was driving Mukhmeet Singh Skoda Laura 2011 purchased from Amritsar. From the day one I'm getting problems dashboard a/c and some other technical problem I many times complained in ur Hyderabad showroom mahavir n Amritsar regarding this on 3/9/2015 evening 8;00clock it caught fire suddenly I got smell from a/c wind and open bonnet it was hot and I saw some flames in the bonnet I drop the bonnet and rushed to driver seat because half a km there was a toll plaza I thought to go there and fire can be stopped but meanwhile fire increase I was stuck in it throw window I came out. I will go to consumers court While going to Hyderabad near Dicpally police station

            Sir, I had purchased skoda Fabia Car in 2012. The sales representatives said that they will give us the bill after car's RC (Registration) work is completed. Till now I had not got my car's bill. I had called them many times. Even visited the showrooms. They always say that they will give the bill in some days. Its over 3 years.               I am writing this complaint with highest level of DISSATISFACTION and DISAPPOINTMENT from Skoda. With high expectations, I bought Skoda Rapid believing it will be a car with highest level of standards, quality and satisfaction being from the House of Audi & Volkswagen, the brands which are synonym with the same. But soon I got hit with the reality and came to know why so many people tried to stop me from buying this car. On 21st August 2014, I had collected my car from Giriraj Motors Workshop, Sector – 15, Gurgaon, after a replacement of brake pads and brake cleaning. On 23rd August 2014, while driving my car the coil light started flashing, post which I called my advisor and asked him what this meant. He told me that there is nothing to worry about, it is flashing due to some disturbance in the engine and I should bring the car to the garage. So, on 24th August 2014, I took my car again to Giriraj Motors Workshop and showed it to the advisor, after examination the advisor told me that there was a problem with my car’s turbo and since my car is still in warranty period I shall get the replacement for the same, free of cost. I approved it and he told me that I shall get the car in 3-4 working days. After not getting any revert in 7 days I again called my advisor and asked him about the update. He told me that Skoda have asked the reason for the malfunction in the turbo and for this they will have to disassemble the car’s engine and examine it. So I gave him this approval and after 4 days he got back to us saying that there have been a problem with the base engine of the car and that too will be replaced along with Turbo, and all these expenses would be covered by Skoda since this is a manufacturing defect and would e covered under warranty. After a few days when we again enquired on the status of the car the advisor called us to the workshop and told us that Skoda have disapproved the work and we will have to bear the entire expenses of approx 6 lacs. When we asked them the reason they told us that it was due to consequential damage caused by damage to my Camber, which got hit approx 3000 kms before the incident. After I reminded them that my car have always been serviced at your workshop only and both the times when my camber got hit it was they who had fixed my car, they agreed and told me that they shall again speak with Skoda internally and get back to us. So again we waited. After a long halt, I got a call fro the works manager and he told that Skoda has asked to apply for these damages through insurance claim and they shall push the insurance agents and get this sorted. So we submitted the claim form with the required documents and waited. Again after a very long halt I got a letter from my insurance company that this damage cannot be covered under the policy. Today it has been more than one year that my car is still in the Garage and have also not got any replacement vehicle due to which I have to daily commute for approx 80 kms using public transportation. Now there are a few question for which I would need answers to. Is this the quality Skoda offers? Is this the customer satisfaction Skoda boasts about? Is this the standard Skoda cars have? I am sure that there was a manufacturing defect due to which the engine got damaged, since my car had run for only 28338 kms, before I had given at the workshop, and any car’s engine runs smoothly for a minimum 1, 00, 000 kms. And, if not manufacturing defect, it is the fault of the workshop who did not attend to my car properly and without proper inspection when i had brought it for repairs. I hope that some help would be provided to me and my car would either be fixed and given back to me in new condition or there would be a replacement to it.

                I had booked a Skoda superb from Senator Motors Pvt. Ltd. (Goregaon west) on 15th May, 2015. I was assured a delivery date of 1st July 2015. I paid the full amount for the car at booking and yet the car was not delivered on time. I coordinated with the dealer several times regarding delivery of my car, I was only given back to back assurances and promises. Finally I requested for cancellation on Aug 3rd 2015 and sought to get the payment back. After much hardship and back to back calls I received my cheque From Senator Motors. Thinking that my problems were finally over I got the shocker of my life, when the cheque got dishonored due to insufficient funds. I had addressed the same issue with Skoda India customer care on August 4th 2015. My issue has not been resolved yet and as of today August 25th 2015 I have no car and left with a dishonored cheque.                   I own a Skoda Superb which has driven around 40, 000 kms. Last month the car was sent to resolve a air conditioning issue to Nawab Motors in NOIDA. They took three days to diagnose the problem and another 4 days to rectify. Bill was Rs.52000/- for changing coil and gas and some other parts. After another 15 days, similar problem was encountered with air conditioning. Again it was sent to Nawab Motors. They took two days to identify the problem. Suggested change of compressor with an estimated cost of Rs. 70000/-. My concern is : Is the company selling such expensive cars designed with critical parts not lasting even one lac kms. Never heard of ac compressor change even in low priced cars at such low mileage. Secondly, are the service stations not equipped with adequate technical resource to identify and resolve problem in totality or this is their profit making strategy. Thirdly, the customer care of Company is non-responsive. Inspite of writing to them, there has been no effort to resolve the issue. I would never recommend anyone to buy a product of such insensitive company.

                    The most unreliable car - Skoda Superb I think the company itself is the most untrustworthy. I can write a book on "why not to buy a Skoda". Now coming back to the problems which I have been facing since I became the PROUD OWNER OF SKODA SUPERB. Simply Clever :):):) The list is pretty long so I like to talk about the recent problems which I have been facing after the car was serviced at Saga Automotive, Jaipur. Problem#1 Battery started draining pretty fast. After getting serviced, battery was discharged more than 4 times over a span of 2 months. Out of 4, 2 times it was discharged in the middle of a road. Now you can imagine how much painful the situation I was into. When I reported the matter to Mr Mahendar and Mr Sarvesh Saga Automotive, they asked me to bring the vehical at the workshop. After diagnosing the problem, I had been told that battery drainage was caused due to the maulfunctining in the Seat Memory Switch. Resolution to fix the problem was to disconnect the switch as I was not willing to replace it. After regress testing I was handed over the car. I was also informed that they have now charged the battery 100%. BTW during the service, I was informed about the malfuncting in Seat Memory switch. At that point of time also I aksed them not to replace it and disconnect it. But it was not disconnected and left as it is. Which later had caused the battery drainage and I had to pay 2k to fix it. About a month later battery was dischanrged again. So I visited Exide service center to verify whether the battery is OK. During the initial testing, just by removing +ve & -ve terminals, we observed sparking and it was continuous - whenever terminal is touched to the battery. Therefore it was clear to me that there is a CURRENT LEAKAGE in the car which is draining the battery. Problem#2 DSG Mechatronics Failure. After 20 days from the last battery discharge, car suddenly stopped. I was getting ESP Error in the car console and gear light was flashing very fast. I was not able to move the gear leaver. When I contacted again to Mr Mahendar, he again asked me to bring the car to th service center for diagnose. This time I had to call the car-towing guy to take the car to the service center. This time the UNRELIABLE car stopped near a petrol pump. After inspecting the car for about 4 days, I came to know that there is a failure in DSG Mechatronics which costs about 2.3 laks. Is this what I bought the car for. Last year also I had to replace the FUEL INJECTION PUMP, FUEL LINE & EVAPORATIVE EMMISSION kit. Which cost me 50k apart from the regular service. This time I took a firm stand for not to pay a single penny for the so called DSG Mechatronics and will not pick up the car from the service center. Car has clocked only 55k kilometers and now there is failure in the Gear Box. WT[censored] After fighting a long battle - for about 3 weeks, with the company, DSG Mechatronics was replaced under the warranty. Although the part was replaced and car was thoroughly again tested at the service center, but it was delivered to me with a DEAD Battery. Mr Sarvesh told me that the battery is FAULTY, therefore it was not getting charged and asked me to replace it. But I was not convinced at all, because before handing over the car to the service center, I had charged the battery 100% from an authorized Exide service center. So I was pretty much sure, that CURRENT LEAKAGE problem is still there. Problem#3 Battery discharged again. As mentioned earlier, car was handed over to me with a DEAD Battery. To confirm whether the problem is with the car, I visited the main Exide service center, Jaipur. They tested the battery for about a week. End result was expected to me - Battery is OK. No issues found. Since earlier it was discharged below 20%, therefore car Alternator was not able to to charge it. And now again after 20 days car battery is discharged. SIMPLY CLEAVER isn't it. Now I am done with it and planning to file a case against the Dealer and the Company.

                      I am facing this issue past 6 months as my cars skoda superb instrument cluster LED's are not functioning properly.when i went to service station they said they will replace the instrument cluster which costs around 70k. this car is just 4 years old and it has this issue.i have faced numeral issues in this car but i thought it was wear and tear with every car though in this car wear and tear is quite more than others. but i don't think this instrument cluster is not wear and tear ..i have owned many cars even 10 years and i haven't faced problems of instrument lights ever..they are pretty well bright..why skoda have all the issues? i want this to be replaced in goodwill warranty which skoda is refusing

                        1.) After servicing my cars bonnet got suck and the service station was not able to open it even after struggling for 2 hours and kept me waiting. 2.) My brakes were perfectly OK, before I submitted my car for sevicing. The service advisor called me for a brake pad and disc plate change, but I refused to do, as they were not giving me any issues. But after receiving the car back from servicing, the car was making hell lot of noise while braking. Now the service advisorr persists that the noise is because of brake pads and disc wear out and charging a good amount money for it. 3.) My car has white head lights and both of which wee wroking fine, when I submitted my car for servicing. But after receiving the car from servie one of the white head lights are not working.

                            We had bought two cars namely of Skoda Laura regn no UP16AD5212 in march 2011 in the name of Mr Alok Agarwal and the other Skoda Yeti regn no UP16AE2521 in june 2011 in the name of Mr Ajay Agarwal from Jai Auto authorized dealer Skoda India. Both the cars were covered under extended warranty. Both cars developed ECM snag on the stroke of the 4 year warranty expiry. While Jai Auto covered the Laura under goodwill warranty and returned back the car in reasonable time without too many hassles, Nawab motors has had the other car (Yeti) for over 1 month now without any response. They fail to share any correspondence with Skoda, even respond to my queries. They have collected a cheque of Rs. 40k from me, and have never even ordered the ECM. Once the car is with them, an advance of Rs. 40k is with them, they simply refuse to proceed ahead. I have lodged a complaint at the Skoda customer care by sending them an email. They have asked me to contact one Ms. Soniya who has left the dealership several months back. The other contact they have mentioned in their mail Mr. Ajay Dhingra does not respond or read mails. I understand I will now have to approach the consumer courts for Skoda to explain why snags develop exactly after the 4 years warranty expires. In one car it might be a coincidence, but in two cars it is perhaps some issue which everyone should be aware of. I am currently using a rental car for my daily commute and I am sure the consumer courts will award suitable compensation, particularly in light of the casual attitude shown by everyone at Skoda, the dealership, all around. This complaint is being forwarded to all contacts I can come across at Skoda by registered mail.

                              Dear Sir, This is with reference to my Skoda Rapid MH43AJ9036 purchased in 2012. The car has only run 15, 651 kms and service annually at the Autobahn enterprises, Kurla workshop. Last paid service was done on April 8, 2015 On July 14, I noticed the engine malfunction light on the dashboard and immediately scheduled a service appointment with the Autobahn Enterprises, Kurla workshop for the next day July 15, 2015. There was no real problem that I noticed while driving the car but still took the car to the workshop. On inspection by the service advisor, I was told that only the ECM bracket may need to be replaced because the ECM had fallen from its place. However, service advisor said that only after the VAS scan, exact problem could be determined. Kurla workshop took 2 full days to diagnose the issue and concluded on Friday, July 17 that the wiring harness needs to be replaced. Service advisor assured me that he will take the issue up to Skoda to provide a free replacement because only 1 wire from the complete harness needs to be repalced. Saturday, July 18 was a public holiday and on Monday, July 19 I was told that due to no internet connectivity, no further diagnostic work could be performed on the car. However, I was given assurance that I will receive the vehicle on Tuesday, July 20 (I don't know how because when the diagnosis is incomplete, how can work be completed and vehicle be handed over on the next day??) After all the talk about trying to get me the wiring harness free under warranty, the estimate for the issue was provided to me today, July 21 after 4 business days from the time the vehicle was handed over to the workshop. I fail to understand that for a vehicle that is barely running 5, 500 kms per year and undergoing regular maintenance, how can there be a sudden need for the complete wiring harness to be replaced at a cost of Rs. 10, 000 ++?? This problem should not have occurred and for a brand like Skoda, issues like these must be addressed proactively and transparently. Moreever, the service advisors are not transparent in their communication. On Tuesday morning, service advisor tells me that wiring harness will take a week to arrive. Then on Tuesday afternoon, he informs me that wiring harness has been ordered and will arrive the next day. This clearly shows lack of transparency on behalf of AutoBahn Enterprises Pvt Ltd.                                 Sir/Madam, After inspection, i was told that the left rear wheel sensor has failed and needs to be replaced.It will cost me 4000 and labour charges extra.What shall i do sir?? Other than the routine service, till now i have replaced the following list of items due to quality issues since nov 2014 1)Fuel lid lock (850) 2)Disk polishing(1400) 3)Suspension struts (2000). I had to replace this part because the tyres were showing uneven wear even after aligning.The service wasn't able to recognize the issue in the beginning, i replaced one tyre (4500).later on they told me replace the struts, which ultimately resolved the issue. 4)Injector failure; skoda was kind enough to give me a grace warranty, but still i had to pay 4000 for the labour charges. 5)driver side master motor (11500) Now not even one year sixth one being the ABS that too within days of paid service which costed me 14000. I am very sorry sir, but i have to say that within this three years of ownership i have had enough.The car has run less than 34000kms. Please issue me a replace free of cost..this time i wont be paying for the labour charges also.because since last november i have paid a total of 33, 400 at the marikar service.i had raised this issue two weeks back.why no one is contacting me till now?? regards

                                  I have purchased Skoda Rapid (BR 1BY 7156) from Singh motors. We have complained about mileage issue to the service center and Skoda customer care. Car never gave a mileage more than 12 kmpl on highway and in city 8-9 kmpl. Where as diesel skoda is supposed to give more mileage. When we took car to customer care they said clutch plate and power steering needs to be changed for which we need to pay. Firstly they were no able to help us with the issue now again asking to put up more MONEY. Is Skoda so delicate that its clutch needs to be changed in 9000 kms. If it does need to be changed they should give warranty and mileage issue also needs to be dealt with not that finding new problems. Any ways we waited for a year and Skoda India did not give proper response. So now I want car to be replaced or money to be refunded. Its a hard-earned money and I didn't pay for such a defective product. If all Skoda car is so delicate then please refund My money and take tube car. There are many more good durable vehicles in market.

                                    I took delivery of the vehicle Skoda Rapid from Gurudev Motors Arumbakkam Chennai on 26/06/2015 .From day one the vehicle developed a technical snag i.e. while driving the vehicle automatically tracking to the left side, so to keep the vehicle in control I have to hold the steering firmly, which caused in shoulder pain. I went to show room and reported this problem to the manager Mr. Ruben and to Mr. Raja the sales person, who in turn took me to the workshop downstairs and arranged a mechanic for a test drive and we went for a test drive. The mechanic asked me to leave the vehicle so that they can check the alignment of the wheels, accordingly I left the vehicle and no job card was given to me. In the evening, I was informed the vehicle was ready after a minor adjustment in the wheel alignment. After two days the same problem occurred and I took the vehicle to your workshop. During that time they checked everything and said there might be tyre fault and interchanged the front left tyre & rear side right tyre and delivered the vehicle. The next day, again I have faced the same problem. In addition to that, the A.C. Compressor of the vehicle started to cut off automatically leading to suffocation. Again I went to the dealer and the vehicle was test driven and the mechanic asked me to leave the vehicle, so that they could ask the tyre manufacturer to check whether there is any manufacturing defect with the tyre. Everything was noted in the job card and the vehicle was left with the dealer. On 13/07/2015, the work shop engineer called me saying that all my complaints regarding the vehicle are attended and I could take the delivery of the vehicle after a test drive. Accordingly on 14/07/2015, the vehicle was test driven with your engineer Mr. Jawahar by my side .To my dismay none of the problems were solved, the tracking and the AC automatic cut off problem was still there even Skoda workshop engineer noticed this problem. But none of them have no answer to this and the vehicle was not delivered till now. In order to check the AC compressor problem they need to remove the bumper, compressor etc and send the results of the compressor reading to Pune and it will take three days. First of all I want to know from you whether I have purchased a new vehicle or a scrap assembled as a new vehicle .Is there any justification for leaving the new vehicle at dealer’s workshop for more than 7 days within 15 days of delivery to a customer. The mental agony is such that my office work is disturbed and I have sleepless nights .Either I want replacement of the new vehicle or the cash paid towards the cost of the vehicle.Looking forward for a quick response from Skoda.

                                        In nov 2014 our car is making unsual sound so we decided to take it to the skoda serivce center in vki then they said one part needs to be chaged which will cost you around 1.5 lacs so we paid the amount 156, 502 on 27 dec 2014 and they returned the car claiming that that unusual sound will nt come in future. Then again after some time same sound starts coming so we again decided to take it to the sericve center on june 2015 they billed an amount of rs 31, 724 and return the car on 2 june 2015 and now again the same sound starts coming again they billed on 10 july 2015 an amonut of rs 2811 eve after spending around 2 lacs and even after 8 months they are not able to repair our car this is the worst ever experience faced by brand like skoda.
