On 3rd Sept 2015, delivery was given for the new Rapid Automatic after I making the payment for the RTO charges, Insurance Policy premium and cost of Vehicle. After 2 and half month when I received the original policy document Ireliased that the policy document had different Chasis # and engine #. Further I happened to check with the RTO and reliased the vehicle is not registered with RTO and fake number was issued while delivery of vehicle. This is a pure case of fraud and cheating. Also further after filing a complaint on 21st Nov, since then no reply has been received from Skoda till date.

    My car skoda superb MH02BT8692 brought on october 2010 driven only 46000kms i have been having major electronic failures since the time i have purchased this car my first problem has been with the fuel guage which has been changed 4 times and again the fuel guage is not working again which was last changed last year .. we have had many malfunction lights coming up time and again and have send the car several times to workshop and they would reset something and give it back .. well now i am again having a traction control and abs light come which has happened last year and the same was changed ...apart from this we have had megatronic failure and multi clutch failure which is also not working well and has to be send back to them again and again... however we told them to examine the car properly and resolve the issue and give us as we had only four years warranty they assured us that since there have been so many problems they will take care of the same ... we had also made many complaints to skoda we got a call from their call center b ut they never got back to us ever... this is the worst company one can deal with as the products they are making donot last and have so many problems which the company refuses to take any responsibilty ... the megatronic is a very vital part of the car and cost of the same is about 2.5 lacswhich is faulty and has been an issue with many cars but company is still selling their defective product as they know they can get away in china skoda can only sell if they take gauranty of this gear box but here they are getting away... told i am stuck with all these problems and noone to respond to me as they feel i should keep changing these faulty parts at my expense .. i want my car to the rectified without having to face this problem every 6months... please help and advise ... regards Aditya Mohandas [protected]

      Hi,

      I own a Skoda Fabia, MH12-HV-4368.

      Yesterday my car suddenly stopped on road after some noise in the engine.

      I went to Skoda Motors authorized showroom in Indore for the repair of my car.

      I wanted to know the cause of the sudden breakdown.

      However, they told me that they will first change the Oil of my car, then they will do the general servicing, only then they will find out the reason of breakdown.

      I had changed the Oil of my car myself, 15 days back, by using the recommended oil type, after which I drove below 1000 Km, still they are changing my oil.

      Also, the workshop is not ready to tell me what exactly is the problem with my car.

        Dear Sir,

        We had purchased a Skoda Superb bearing Engine No. 381962, Chassis No. 302001 from JIA Auto Sales, Pvt. Ltd., 2/3 Judges Court Rod, Alipore, Kolkata – 27, on[protected]. Their workshop is at NH-6, Kona Expressway, Howrah – 711403. The car was registered with Motor Vehicle bearing No. WB 02AC 3321 in the name o[censored]nique International Private Limited.

        During the course of past two servicing with JIA Auto on[protected] and[protected], we had complained of a problem in Door Lock. The Remote Lock had to be pressed a number of times before the door opened. At each servicing, JIA Auto could not resolve the problem on the ground that the part required to repair the same is unavailable. For more than a year now we are facing this problem and we are surprised as to how a part could not be available for a company like Skoda for good one year. JIA Auto has not even cared to call back and update us on the status of the part required and we continue to drive the car with deteriorating car experience and with the resolve not to buy a Skoda car in future.

        The car has further developed a snag in the window of the Driver’s Side Door. The Window is not closing and we have to drive the car with the opened window, spoiling the interiors of the car as JIA Auto says that they cannot service the car before 21st of this month.

        Whenever one buys a “Skoda”, an implicit expectation of luxury and superior experience is embedded in the purchase. Our driving experience for last one year has been anything but that. A company who is “obsessed with quality since 1897”, this is matter of great concern that things have come to such a pass where we are reluctant to continue with the brand.

        We request you to kindly intervene in the matter and help us in two ways:

        a) Get our door lock and window problem resolved immediately
        b) Get our car serviced as soon as possible as it is highly embarrassing to drive the car like this.

          I made full payment for a Skoda Rapid Elegance Plus to Senator Motors at Goregaon Mumbai on 21 October 2015. The dealer has not hiven me the delivery of my car as their dealership is terminated by Skoda. I have asked for a refund to which their response is not been postive. I ahev been asked to wait for a week for my refund from Senator motors. There refund cheques issues to other customers like me jave bounced. There are several cases like me with the same dealer who are waiting to get their money back.

          Skoda Auto company is not getting involved in this case and seems like they are not bothered about custimers.

          Where is the law and order in this country? How can the dear behave so irresponsibly with no fear of legal action. I want my hard earned money back. How can a foreign company like this trouble their customers havibg to face sich dealer issues

          Greetings writing in the hope some strict action.
          As of 14 Nov - Today is my sisters Engagement and I have to go through the trouble of writing this after repeated explaining of same thing to random people for no reason.
          We booked a Skoda rapid from Goregaon showroom Senator motors, Mumbai. My name is Jay Jain [protected]

          Car Booked on the name of VEERAYATAN.
          Outright check was given to Mr Asif on October

          ​ ​17​ ​for Rs.11 lakh​ ​02 thousand​ ​which was deposited on the same date we booked the car as Asif promised to deliver the car by 29th October and the promise was not fulfilled which is very disappointing.

          Further it was promised on 31st of October and then later for 4th November. I explained him that it is very important for us to have car before 6th November
          They assured me that it will be delivered by 6th morning for sure.

          From that point of time no one has updated or shown up or even tried to contact me for the delivery of the car today it is 13th of November and no one is least bothered to call up the customer or update on what has happened.

          I was initially in touch with Asif who took the check from me later he told that Vikram will follow up with me after sometime Vikram told me that Philip is going to follow up with me he later says that his manager is going to follow up with me.

          I was given a test drive vehicle by Philip and we accepted that car in hope of getting the delivery quickly.

          There is no one to answer at the​ ​Senator​ ​Motors saying that the showroom was closed

          I complained that the vehicle is not up to date to drive and they can take back their piece of crap or replace it, but there is no one to even listen to it. It​ ​is again an liability on me, the first gear stopped working after a while.

          I've been forwarded by so many skoda a representatives and yet there is no one to answer to take responsibility. All the previous working numbers are
          switched off and showroom landline number is not attended by anyone.

          I would like to thank Senator and Skoda for all the pain and sufferings and a wonderful experience now and waiting for your response from your end thank you so much.

          No one till now to update. I have been forwarded from to 4 different people who do not know what is happening. It takes each one 4 days to take calls after you contact them. This is disgusting. I am not unhappy with Senator but yes with Skoda off course for not getting back. Never Ever Skoda. We were about to give outright Cheque for the second car also. But now never ever and will not even suggest anyone in business circle friends or family. There has to be a huge compensation als0, but you guys are hopeless. Wasting others time and efforts. I wish and believe you will Pay in some other way for our pain.

          Senator resigned on 16 October than pls explain the reason for accepting my Cheque on​ ​17​ ​October. This is fraud.​ THERE ARE MORE 6 PEOPLE WHOM I KNOW ARE FORGED TAKEN FULL MONEY JUST LIKE ME FOR LAST 3 MONTHS AND HAVE BEEN NOR GIVEN A CAR NOR REFUND IS PROCESSED. 90 DAYS NO ACTION OR NO ONE IS UPDATING ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING. THIS IS SCARY.

          I sincerely expect people talking to us on phone instead of mails​ ​(sorry but you guys havent mailed back to me)

          Every time there is a new reason for delaying the delivery and now for taking calls and refunding the money for last more than one month. To be precise it is now 46th day. Please do the needful. It becomes stressful for me just to remind you and even write this mail is more than stressful. Sick and tired of you guys.

          Refund was promised on 8th December, Siddhesh who is VP​ ([protected])​ for senator gets back on 12th December and says it will take more 4-5 days to decide when they will they refund the money. Today it is​22ND December and still there is no reply or update from them.

          ​PLEASE SEE YOU CAN DO ANYTHING OR FORWARD US TO RIGHT PEOPLE.​

            I am having Skoda fab diesel variant and bought around 3.5 years back and having the extended warranty.

            Registration - KA 01 MG 5489

            Yesterday when I have given for general service to Tafe Access, Bangalore - they have suggested me to change below and none of them will cover under any warranty.

            1. Inter cool hose
            2. Break pads
            3. Disk
            4. Loverarm bushes (suspension?)


            Please suggest as suspension & intercool hose seem to be something I found common in most of the Skoda cars. So, I request you to see if that can be covered in extended warranty of the car.

            Appreciate your support and early response. I had asked them to proceed for now considering the long term issues.

            Note: I have mentioning from more than a year that - there are issues with suspension. Is that the one caused the disk to go? not sure as I am just a user.

              Hello Skoda India,

              Yesterday I have given my Skoda Rapid Automatic (KA-01-ML-8603 Black Edition) for service to Vinyaka Skoda Service Station (TC Palya) as it was due 6 months general check-up and some engine sound was coming.

              Prem - [protected] is the Service Advisor working there. They have been trying to identify the sound that is coming from the engine since 6th Nov. Today, I recieved call from Prem stating the sound is coming from the Clutch and Fly Wheel and needs to be replaced for 1.5 lacs to rectify the sound? Prem, stated that this is not covered under the warranty and either I need to pay from my pocket or need to claim from insurance.

              I did mention in customer notes on the advisory report, that recently the car was driven from normal rain and few puddles of water in which the entire Bangalore city was affected. I also told him there were like other 1000 car's which also passed by the same rains and poodle of water. However, there is some strange sound coming from the car.

              My question to Skoda is are you making fragile cars? What happens to the quote of Durability, Strength etc. Why do I have to pay money for rectifying the engine sound in 8 months? I haven't done any physical damage to the Car neither I have driven the car in some floods. I am convinced that the car is extremely fragile and within 8 months of purchase could handle one normal shower and poodle of water?

              I personally think the issue has nothing to do with the rains or puddles of water causing the engine sound. Skoda is using this excuse to avoid replacing the part or rectify the sound by using the excuse of the rains and poodle of water?

              I am writing this email asking for help to resolve my engine sound without Vinyaka Skoda Service asking for 1.5 lac to rectify your fragile Skoda Rapid car.

                I am writing this mail after trying to convince Skoda service centre JIA Auto for the last 4 Years about defective AC in my car WB 06J 3251 Engine no CLN185073 Chassis no TMBBLANA7CG010740. From the day the car was delivered to me I have been visiting Jia Auto with same complain about the AC and every time they check it with the meter and tells me that it is ok. Since every person who sits in my car tells me that it is hot I always have to put on the AC at maximum and it makes so much noise that it becomes an irritation for me. I was told by another Skoda user in the workshop who had also come for servicing that the AC in skoda is bad and he was facing the same problem. I think such a reputed company like Skoda which is known for quality should examine the same and replace the defective AC as I feel that it is defective from day one I purchased it.

                  I purchased skoda fabia car no TN02AQ9482 in 2011.i regret to inform you that after sales service is extremely poor in gurudev motors, chennai. my car is showing (ABS) indicator. I took the car as per the time given by them. They told me to replace the rear wheel sensor after checking. I agreed but they kept on making me me wait in the name of some meeting for which they called Mr Magesh who was attending my car.. After patiently waiting for 45 min, on enquiring i was told to come back on next Friday as they all are busy in meeting.. When i talked to the service manager Mr Swamy, i was asked to wait again. After some time Mr Anand came only to serve the other customers who came after me and told me to wait for Mr Mgagesh again. Iwent again to manager but in vain. Frustated, i came back without any replacement as nobody was there to attend. KINDLY TAKE MY COMPLAINT SERIOUSLY AND ENSURE THAT CUSTOMER SHOULD BE ATTENDED ONCE THEY GIVE APPOINTMENT. I WILL SUGGEST TO PROVIDE ONE MORE OPTION TO CUSTOMER APART FROM GURUDEV MOTORS SO THAT THESE THINGS DO NOT HAPPEN DUE TO COMPETETION. As for my car i donot know how many more times i will have to go to GURUDEV MOTORS for rectification of this part replcement. I hope that the complaint will be taken seriously. Regards

                      I got a delivery of my car from Senator Skoda Powai in the month of January. However have not received my RC Book till date (23/10/2015). Also they have lost my Aadhar Card which was submitted for registration purpose. I have followed up rigorously with all various people in their organisation. Right from Mr. Vinod salesman to the GM - Anil Sharma who was only apologetic but did nothing. For them it is not their responsibility to ensure we get the RC Book. Also it is not their mistake if their person has lost the Aadhar Card because he has not done it purposely. I have written N number of times to their VP. Mr. Siddhesh Marathe but he is least bothered. BTW their is also a very strong protocol in the company where they don't give out mobile numbers of their seniors and when you call them on landline, they are either unavailable or in a long meeting. Now the salesman and GM have both left and I am only breaking my head against the wall. Pathetic customer service.

                        I am the owner of Skoda Rapid car bearing registration no- HR51AQ-4144 Engine No- 175074 & Chassis No- 010249. I have a problem in my car i.e timing kit (tensioner) is giving abnormal noise and so, the undersigned approached the dealer M/s Krishna Auto Sales at Chandigarh and the service mechanic applied some lube (Silicon Lube) on the timing belt which reduced the noise to some extent but after 4-5 days the noise reoccurred and not dying down. It appears that the timing kit (tensioner) has jammed but the service advisor of the dealership are not agreed to replace the same under the extended warranty which I have adopted by paying extra money. It may also please be noted that the vehicle is under warranty upto 4 years period and the vehicle has done only 80000 km only. Please you are requested to arrange the replacement of parts under the committed warranty and kindly get back to me as till date i got no response from skoda against my complaint no SPL 87501.

                          We bought the Skoda Superb Elegance 1.8 TSI AT in 2013.
                          Unfortunately, the product has not performed well because we have visited the Service Centre almost every month for one problem or the other though we regularly get it serviced from the Authorized Service Centre M/s Jai Auto (A Division of JSB Auto Pvt. Ltd), A-39, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, Delhi.
                          Since Dec’2014 the vehicle was regularly visited to the Service Centre for various major breakdowns i.e.; Radiator replacement, Compressor/Evaporator Emission, Air-Conditioner pipe leakage, Transmission, Ignition Switch, Gear Box, Flywheel, Clutch etc.
                          On 18th August 2015 while going to office the gear box damaged and the car went out of control. We escaped a major accident as the car become nonfunctional. We paid Rs.5000/- as towing charges and had to get the car towed as no-one from the Skoda helpline was available. Later, we got to know that it was a mechatronic unit failure. Your Dealer HOD of Work shop told us you need to leave the vehicle at Garage for replacement and commits us to return the vehicle within 2 weeks. Every time they gave us a new date for delivery of vehicle.
                          On 12th October 2015 we have received the vehicle after 55 days; on the same day while returning to home we observed wired sound from gear box like breaking and crushing of metallic parts. The oil spills out from the gear box. Again we escaped a major accident as the car become nonfunctional. This time also we paid Rs5000/- as towing charges and had to get the car towed as no-one from the Skoda helpline was available.
                          Now we are really fed-up from the Skoda India as we have not received any fruitful answer from the Service Centre. In other words, the vehicle was in M/s Jai Auto from last 5 months due to reoccurrence of various breakdowns.
                          We are very much disappointed about the after sale service and quality of Skoda Auto Pvt. Ltd.
                          We are looking forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.

LTD.Govind Marg, Rajapark, Jaipur Bearing Registation No. RJ-14-CW-8051 After talking the delivery of new car I have asked for the registration number of my new car for driving a vehicle on road as per the traffic rules, but due to negligence of your staff I didn’t got the numbers after pursuing directly from the RTO agent I am able to got the number after 15-20 days from the delivery date in the mean time I have to drive against the traffic rules for this once I had penalized by Rs. 5000/ for running without number Further I just want to share my experience of driving a SKODA RAPID with you: After taking the delivery and riding vehicle on road I found there is a some problems I didn’t able to feel that I bought a New Car regarding this I had informed to Mr. Raghuveer Singh Sales person that Raghuveer Ji I don’t Know but I am not satisfied with the performance of the new car. There is a some problem of BUBBLING & some noise from the back side. Then he told me sir please bring your vehicle at showroom next day I had visited to showroom and tell my problem to Mr. Raghuveer & Mr. Siddharth after that Mr. Siddharth took a ride of 50 kms approx with my driver after thet he told me that there is a some problem in the vehicle so he request me to please take the vehicle to service centre. Regarding that problem I had taken an appointment for my car on 21/07.2014 and sent same on 23/07/2014 with my driver. My driver show the car to your service engineer and explain the complaints i.e Bubbling, FM not working, Back sensor not working etc. and then they issued a job card regarding the complaint on the same day when asked Mr. Nishant what was the problem ? He say nothing sir there is wheel alignment was out we have repaired now in future you will not face the problem of bubbling and other problems he delivers my car to my driver. After that I am not satisfied with complaint resolved I again had words with Mr. Raghuveer Singh regarding the complaint I told him that I think Raghuveer Ji you sold me a used vehicle or something wrong in the car I just want to share one more thing that I have taken delivery of car after 13 months from the date of booking due some un avoidable circumstances you are also surprise to know that my installment of car is started from December-13 and I take a delivery in July-14 you can understand what was the circumstances After these struggles you can understand the feeling that time of delivery of new car but I think all struggles are waste because I am not able to convince myself that I bought a new car. But no result given by Mr. Raghuveer. I don’t having much time so I discuss these problems daily with your company persons you can ask to Mr. Raghuveer about my grievances. After that in the of October-15 I had again sent my car to your service centre on 15/10/2014 on running of 7743 kms for first general check up and repairing of rear bumper damaged due to accident at that time I again repeat the complaints of dated 23/07/2014 but your service engineer confused me an told me there is no bubbling and rear sound problem in the car and deliver me the car with same problem. After Some time due to accidental damage of front bumper & tyre I again sent my car to your service centre on 25/11/2014 that we gain arise the same complaint of rear sound & bubbling but again your service in charge told us that there is no bubbling and rear sound as they thoroughly checked the vehicle as we are not a technical person we faith them and took the delivery of car with same problem Instead of this I again convey my same complaint at the time of First free service sent on 25.01.2015 that time I was shocked when your service engineer told me that the front both brake discs are faulty that’s why the Bubbling problem arises and they told me that the warranty of discs is valid upto 10000 kms. And this will be changed on payment but when I discuss with Mr. Arvind Kumawat and tell him about the history of my complaint after checking the same concern since past he will put the matter with skoda india and assured me that when he get the approval from the company he will informed me and change the discs after that he deliver my car with the same pending complaint After some time I got mail from Mr. Arvind Kumawat on 03/02/2015 in that mail he informed me that he processed my complaint in front of Skoda India and he assured me regarding change of discs either warranty or 100% foc . After this conversation I received a call from your service centre for changing the both front brake discs FOC for that I had sent my car on 21/03.2015 for the same pending problem. After Changing the discs the problem of Bubbling is resolved somehow but the problem of Rear sound is still continues but after some time the bubbling problem again started for that I also informed to your feedback team that I am still not satisfied with service or resolutions. On that your person send Mr. Pannalal for check up but he is not able to rectify the problem and he request me to send the car at service centre there this time they will surely resolve the problem. At time of leaving car at your service centre for second paid service on 17/08/2015 we again intimate the problem of Bubbling & Rear sound, front left door glass, back sensor etc. But still I am not satisfied with the resolutions of complaints. You are surprised to know that on 17/08/2015 Mr. Ranjeet called me in the evening about my car he informed me that your is ready in all aspects and you can pick up the car but that time we are able to pick the car from the service centre because your service centre is so far from my place so I request Mr. Ranjeet that I will pick my car tomorrow morning after 10.30 Am on 18.08.2015 On 18/08/2015 I got surprised when my driver informed me that the problem still not resolved the only done the service as usual after that when I called to Mr. Ranjeet he told me sir please give some more time to resolve your complaints I will deliver your car within one or two hours means latest by 1.00 pm after that as per my driver your engineers had taken a trail/ride of approx 200 kms again and again but after giving their efforts they are not able to resolve my complaints and Mr. Ranjeet informed me that these complaints will be resolved at our Sitapura Jaipur Service Station. After that I again called to Mr. Ranjeet on 12/09/2015 regarding the same problems and I also called to Mr. Rajesh Pandey for the same but that day he is on leave after that Mr. Ranjeet given me an appointment of 19/09/2105 but due to some important assignment I was not able to send the car on 19/09/2015 so Mr. Ranjeet had again fixed up the appointment of 22/09/2015 On 22/09/2015 I send the to your sitapura service centre and informed them regarding all past unresolved complaints but I am very much surprised to hear from the engineer to whom we deliver the car he denied all the complaints and not ready to listen our problem when we request him you please just mention our complaints and check properly and he refused to mention all problems/complaints in the Job Card. Again I am shocked when your engineer informed me that the brake discs are again damaged and this want to be changed as I earlier mentioned that in the month of March-15 your company replaced the discs on 15170 kms. After talking and delivery of my car at your service centre I called to your Aurangabad office from there I got the numbers of your Mumbai office from there I got the number of Mr. Subir when I talked to him on 22/09/2015 he connect on the conference call with Mr.Prabdeep and instruct him to resolve my complaints. But you are surprised to know that Mr. Prabdeep is didn’t turned back regarding my complaints at the time of talking conference call with Mr. Subir & Mr. Prabdeep assured me that he will call me latest by the evening on 22/09/2015 but he didn’t turned back after that I personally visit your service centre on 23/09/2015 and meet with Mr. Prabdeep and asked him the cause for the repair. That time he explained me that he needs some time to check the vehicle and he commits me that he will call me and informed but still today 26th Morning he didn’t turned back and when I call him informed me that the problem will be resolved after changing the discs and that will be chargeable. After talking to him I make a call to Mr. Subir but I think he is very very very or you can say too much busy person to take our calls he just responding through text messages I am very much surprised that the schedule time to replace the brake discs is 30000 kms as per the SKODA INDIA and how could the brake discs will be damaged of just 15000 kms as befor I mentioned that brake discs are already replaced on 15170 kms. I have done all the services as per the company schedule in time. As I purchased this SKODA RAPID on 06/07/2015 and the problem continues from the day one Kindly consider the above points mentioned by me by resolving my complaints, As per this repair was a pre-matured & mechanical fault. So kindly consider this issue as goodwill and in the interest of the brand value of SKODA & SAGA AUTOMOTIVES You surprise to know that I am facing the continue complaint in your brand instead of this I recommend to my institute for SKODA and we take one more SKODA RAPID for our institution but now I think I have done great mistake to buy this car and recommendation.                               My Skoda Rapid (KL-11-AA-3511) had a breakdown on 30/09/2015. I did not get the vehicle till today. They (picacle Skoda, Kerala, Calicut) are saying that ECM is the problem part but skoda not yet confirmed that. That part has to come from Skoda and it will take more than 15 days(since I got extended warranty). Last year also they took more than one week to rectify my complaint(Still that complaint is present-not yet fully corrected). I want to know exactly what is happening, share all the communication details between You and the service center to me(devika.[protected]@gmail.com) and also arrange an alternate vehicle if you are taking more time because I am suffering a lot now.                                   I had purchased a used skoda laura A couple ck and today when i was returning back from work it caught fire. I mean isnt this company known for it's safety excellence. I owned a fabia before and smoke had appeared out of its vents due to the burned out radiator fan while i was traveling out of town and in the night. I ignored it thinking it as an anomaly but today watching smoke coming out of my car and running for my life makes me wonder about the fact that are they really safe to the standard they speak of? They are already well known for their horrible customer service and bad treatment to their customers but this is the height of ignorance. I was checking over the recent reports and there have been many skodas that have caught fire and burnt to the ground. They need to owe the responsibility of it.

                                    I am having a skoda Octavia vehicle with the registration number TN 37 CX 3456 which I bought from dealer Millionium motors (Skoda) Coimbatore and ever since I landed myself into a deep deep trouble. My car's windshield was broken on August 24th 2015 and regarding this damage I made a direct notice to Millionium Motors for the replacement of windshield. Whereas they said that they need to import the material directly from Skoda Company which will take minimum of 15 days to reach their Showroom and also they asked me to make the advance payment of INR 5, 000, we made this payment on 26th August 2015. But there was no reply or any updates about the windshield till today. I'm a businessman whereas I go in and around for a business trip and even my clients come to my place, at that time I can't borrow someone's vehicle and go. It is shame for me to do that. Who will bare my loss and it is a great prestige issue for me to stay without vehicle for past 30 days. Just for one windshield they make so many days; if a full car is under damage how many days will they take. Is it reasonable to wait for more than 1 month to get a windshield? Is this the way of your service that you promised us when we purchase the car? Till you sell your product the service you promise us like luxury and easily done, but once you sold them to us, don’t even care to know the status about the damage in our car. It looks like all are money crocodile. Because of the dealers service I really hesitate to get in touch with Skoda Company and don't think that I can recommend Skoda as a best car company with good service to anyone. When I send a compliant mail to this dealer it was irresponsible reply from them mentioning that it will take 10 more days to come and they will not give any temporary resolution even after hinting them that "I don't have spare car to use, so give me some alternative till my car gets ready”. I need immediate action and give me an alternative car or make ready with windshield. I don’t have patience more than this. Find me a positive solution for my sufferings. Hope you understand the issues I’m facing because of your delay response.

                                      Hi, Our Skoda Rapid Ambition 1.6 TDI, bought from Gurudev motors Chennai Arumbakkam branch which has done only 33958km, recently had an issue of a blinking coil" indicator, in between a drive. When it was taken to the Chennai Arumbakkam Gurudev motors service station, they said the issue seems to be with Fuel injection system, after a detailed examination from the Skoda experts they declared 2 of the 4 fuel injectors have failed and it needs to be replaced and when I asked them the reason they said its because of the fuel contamination blah blah blah…OMG Skoda fuel injector fails in just 33k odd km? Now that’s a surprise! Anyways, Since I just fathered a baby girl and I don’t want to spoil my mood and want to cherish this wonderful moment in my life and so I asked them to change those fuel injectors and requested them to make sure the vehicle is SAFE and SECURE for my family and they promised me to do so… Next week when I called them and asked about my vehicle status they said all four-fuel injectors have failed and had to be replaced…but why? Again the fuel contamination was the answer; but what about the first examination from the so-called experts? There was no answer…but as all car owners I have been filling fuel from the same reputed HP bunk. Ok, now after a detailed research I discovered many vehicles have come across such faults, which definitely raises a question about your reliability and durability of your car and now I am worried and lost my mind only because I trusted your brand name. How can 4 fuel injectors’ fail in 33k kms when it is serviced and maintained properly?, your TV commercial talks about break through design, safety and performance…do you guys really mean it? What’s the point in celebrating 120 years over your customer’s agony? The service people said that Skoda parts are expensive because we have superior technology, now somebody explain how can a superior engine fail in about 30k km? Now Dear Skoda, the reason why we buy reputed brand like Skoda is because we hard working Indians blindly trust you. We believe “we are safe”, “our family is safe” inside this vehicle and finally its all dust and we had to go through such torments. This vehicle of mine is been periodically serviced and well maintained by Gurudev motors from day one and it is only 33k odd kms done. What happened to all the promises you gave when I bought the vehicle? Why do I have to be punished for no reasons? I have not even seen my baby girl’s face properly but been running up and down visiting Gurudev motors to get this thing sorted and still no responsible answer from the service guys. The mental agony is such that my office work is disturbed, my personal life is horrible with sleepless nights ufff... Congratulations on celebrating 120 Years of “breakthrough design, safety and performance” and let me tell you I am celebrating my 2 years of “mental agony, helplessness and broken trust”. After spending my hard earned money on the purchase of the vehicle, service, repair and high maintenances I feel I am being robbed royally. I sincerely hope that your technical team will diagnose the issue in detail and let me know the best way forward.                                         I own a Skoda Superb car since the last 5+ years. But the last 2 years or so have been horrible. I have sent my car for repair and maintenance atleast 8 to 10 times. My car has had to replace the Mechatronics (gear box) with the software twice, AC condensor, Starter, Ignition coils, Power window switches, Speed sensors, suction jet pump, coolant pump, and more .. Now the car is in the workshop again and this time the fuel control unit & pump needs to be replaced. I had called the toll free Skoda helpline, and gave my grievance to Ms Nikita on 2nd of September 2015. I was promised by her that one of our executives would get back to me in 24-48 hours latest. I heard back from Skoda India on the 10th of September after constant followup with the workshop. On the phone, the workshop manager, Mr Shamit and the Skoda India Area manager (West region), Mr Ryan had no answer as to why the car has been giving such high maintenance. They simply reply " Its completely normal for any car to have wear and tear" When I told them about a Honda or a Toyota not giving such maintenance, their reply was "Its a different company and league, you cannot compare!" SAD to hear such replies.
