Hi,

My candiate ID is C11435471.

As per the process I gave the online test and received the official communication that I have made it to the technical interview round. I cleared the technical interview round 45 min long interview and received the email that I have made it to the HR round.
The next day I received a call that there is some issue with my online test and I have to retake the test. The email for the new test was sent to me but I was unable to see the test in the portal. When I asked the helpdesk they told me that no test was tagged to my name. The status in the portal was changed to hold as there is no requirement. I tried calling the HR but no one was picking my call. The next day when I opened the portal I came to know that my application was cancelled.
I have few questions for which I need answer:

1) If I was not able to clear the test or there is something fishy in my test, why did I receive an email saying I passed the test?
2) Why was I invited for the technical interview?
3) Why was I disqualified after clearing the technical round when no online retest was tagged for me?

I have given my maximum effort to clear the online test as well as the technical round.
HR team is not able to send a new online test link.

It would be extremely unfortunate and unfair if I am disqualified over the first round after clearing 2 rounds and now I can not reapply for the next 6 months.

      Hello Team,

      I tried to do the registration for NPS account (PRAN), last step to do the payment i received the OTP very late. i clicked on back button and the payment failed. I am trying to go back to complete the payment by using my acknowledgement number, DOB and registration date but it gives an error "The response from the Payment Gateway for the payment attempt against this acknowledgement number is awaited. We request you to wait for the re-try of payment process for registration in NPS #". Please help me as it has been 24hrs i am still not able to complete my registration

            An employee by name Krupakaran Varadaraj is working in your company without any education, he has no credentials for his respected position he is working for. He is not even 9th standard educated, he made his friend to write his 10th standard exams. and later on forged his 12 grade and under graduation certificates.

                    Candidature on hold for more than two months

                    I had received call from the recruitment team & stating that "you will be receiving an offer letter discussion call with HR in one or two business days"

                    But still now I have not received any call from HR. I have been waiting for more than 2 months since my first round of interview.

                    There was no proper response from their end

                    When I raise the complaint against to them immediately they replied back "no suitable demand currently"

                    But still i saw the open position for my role from their JOB portal

                    JOB ID : 650793

                    Then why they gave false hope to the job seeker

                    Totally time waste for both us since I have cleared 3 rounds of interview.

                    Its too frustrating being a job seeker

                      My name is Jayasree. I worked in Accenture from 19 aug 2015 to 20 aug 2017. My pf amount accumulated was around 60000. But in 2019 when i tried for withdrawal of amount there were lot of ECR correction negative entries and my pf amount was -12000. From then whenever I contacted them, they said this will be corrected in one or two months.. but it's been three years and still it is not corrected . Now when i mailed them with same query three times I get three different reply. One reply has request for time till November. One request says they have nothing to do with it and it is to be taken with epfo. One reply is accepting there is some pension fund error happened during that time and will be looked upon.. This keeps on extending and it's been 5years since I left Accenture.

                        Hi Team,

                        This is Vishwaraj Sanjeeva Karkera, ex employee of Accenture. My last working day at Accenture was on 18/12/2022.

                        My query is related to PF transfer which was rejected. I did raise the issue in the month of August & September 2022 to eb.[protected]@accenture.com and the response shared by them are as follows;

                        Kindly note that your basic salary was above 15k per month and we had included it as part of your PF contribution under EPS (Employee Pension Scheme) based on the inputs provided by you through a declaration(Form 11) at the time of joining Accenture…However, we have received the pf transfer-in amount from the prior pf account.

                        As you confirmed 'prior pf amount was directly transferred to present employer pf number along with pension', hence we will submit the eps clarification to pf office by end of the AUG month and a filled acknowledgment copy will share with you.

                        Post submission of the eps clarification pf office will take 20 days for approval and after that, you can submit the pf claim online.

                          i want to place PF transfer from account(MHBAN[protected] Accenture Employee ID : 11117527 to current organization Capgemini, still i see PF amount is very less in the passbook compared to the original amount .FYI I have also transfered my previous to accenture its settled it also got stuck Let us know when this will get completed so that I can place a transfer PF request. I have been following up for two years. and you're giving a new date each time i requested. This was not expected from an organization like Accenture .. for our amount I've been following for two years that is quite a long time .It is a shame for any organization and this was the worst thing that ever happened or else I will proceed legally with all data and evidences ..After raising multiple grievances from EPF still there is no response...to recent one BANIV/E/2022/02517

                            My CID C6152470. I want to apply for the role content moderation.
                            I gave an interview for accenture in January/February beginning (2022), during which I haven't received my certificates & provisionals from my college. As I was not aware of the fact that all the certificates are Mandatory for a role in accenture, my profile was put on hold due to no availability of certificates. Now after 7 months, after receiving all my certificates from college, I'm not able to proceed further in accenture. So kindly please delete the old CID details fr portal so that I can get an opportunity to work for accenture. Kindly please delete the Old CID details from database and look after my query and do the needful.

                              During my assessment Cognitive and Technical assessment Due to technical issue I was forced to leave my Secure Exam Browser and it was saying to login again. After entering into the test the login page shows error"Test validity is over"and I couldn't complete my Cognitive and technical test. So I request you to consider my problem and reschedule my test as soon as possible and I have attached my login screen page below for your reference.

                                I received the Letter of intent and had to submit the documents. But I was facing some connectivity issues on my laptop browser and couldn't upload the documents. Even if there was 2 days time, the 2nd day the documentation tab wasn't showing. I have accepted the Letter of intent for now but haven't uploaded the documents. Can I please get an extension or any kind of help regarding this?

                                      This is Sk.Akhil from Vijayawada. I work as a HR Recruiter in one of the staffing agencies in Vijayawada. Recently I've got a call from one of the Accenture employees and proposed me an offer with sounds good salary package.

                                      They initially asked me to pay an amount Rupees 1200/- in the name of registration(as they said that it was refundable at the time of joining), later I was asked to pay an amount of Rupees 25000/- for the security deposit of Company's laptop which they said that it was refundable at the time of joining too. There after they said that they allotted room for us in Lemon Tree Hotel near Nanakramguda area and forcing to pay Rupees 3200/- ( WITHIN NO TIME). Each time they ask money in the name of Company's policy and we are ought to pay at any cost. They asked me to pay the penalty fee (rupees 350/- added to the the above security deposit 3200/-, which is a total sum of 3550/-) as I've not sent them money in time. I'm attaching the screenshot of the email that I received from a HR who is from an esteemed organisation.

                                      The name of the HR is AMBICA RANI.

                                      Kindly help me to solve. I request the authority concerned to take immediate action as soon as possible and contact me if possible for any further information.
                                      I shall provide you the screenshot of the payment that I've made. I request you to look into this and please do the needful at the earliest.

                                        I Have Created my Accenture Account around January 2022, In Feb I wrote Exam for ASE Role, I didn't qualified exam, after Feb I again applied in June for another role, due to Eligibility criteria It was not move forward. the problem started here, again in August I tried to Apply for ASE Role, it displayed an Error Code, I Contacted my friend regarding this who is doing job in Accenture, he said to create new profile. I did that too but no use. and tried to apply for operation roles, it displays that your CV is in our database.

                                        [protected]@gmail.com - I created this and used this mail after my friend's suggestion.

                                        Please Solve my issue as soon as possible. I don't to miss an opportunity for applying.
