Acer India — I'm not able to get correct status of laptop
My laptop got damaged on 01/08/2020 & on same day I have submitted my faulty laptop at authorize service center and being informed by concerned person that same will be repaired in 5-6 working days and i can collect the same. After 06 days, I called at service center whether my laptop got repaired or not for which he informed that they had ordered the part & will rectify the laptop issue in next 2-3 days. Again after 03 days, I called and again concerned person informed me that part is in transit and will reach their facility within 02 days. From 10/08/2020, i called at service center for laptop repair and every time they ask to wait till 02 days, 03 days as the part is still in transit.
I just want to know that whether part is coming by himself walking or what? That in 20 days, the part is still not reached at facility.
